★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No início, fui super bem acolhida por toda equipe pedagógica...financeira...vendas...administrativa. Fizeram café (sem açúcar) da forma que só posso tomar. Me conquistaram com toda empatia e motivação! Me matriculei e tudo estava ótimo, se tornaram amigos ..receptivos. Professora MARAVILHOSA. Tinha ânimo e alegria em.voltar e aprender coisas novas...estava em todos os workshops pagos e gratuitos. Mas houve corte e mudança de equipe. Colocaram pessoas despreparadas para ter e manter relacionamento com alunos. Tivemos alguns desentendimentos e o clima ficou pesado ...toda nossa turma,(única de doceiro), nos sentimos menos presados ...tratados como insignificantes em plena reta final do curso. Nos tratava "melhor" quando a diretora se encontrava no local, está por sua vez sempre tentando sanar nossas dúvidas e fazer o melhor por nós. Mas de resto? A troca de funcionários despreparado para lidar com alunos, vidas singulares e ímpares...nenhum aluno é igual ao outro. Proibiram até de me darem meio copo de café sem açúcar,coisa que durante todo curso nunca se importaram. O que é meio copo de café sem açúcar? Não custa antes de adoçar tirar meio copo. Coisa banal.? Não é? Pior que isso foi a resposta que a responsável deu para funcionário q estava tirando café p mim.... "Que se eu quisesse que tomasse o que tinha disponível.
Até tomaria, mas não consigo, por por motivos particulares q não vem ai caso. Só acho q deveriam preparam a equipe pedagógica ou contratar pessoas que já trabalharam com alunos...vender, não é o mesmo que se relacionar.
Pensei, não só eu, como toda nossa turma fazer curso de confeiteiro depois do término. Mas nós sentimos tão rejeitados e menos prezados que desistimos. Lamentável!
Léo com todo seu carisma e proatividade e Tati com todo seu jogo de cintura e empatia com os alunos nos fizeram muita falta nessa reta final.
At the beginning, I was very well received by the entire pedagogical team ... financial ... sales ... administrative. They made coffee (without sugar) the way I can only drink it. They won me over with empathy and motivation! I enrolled and everything was great, they became friends ... receptive. WONDERFUL teacher. I had courage and joy to go back and learn new things ... I was in all paid and free workshops. But there was a cut and a change of team. They put people unprepared to have and maintain relationships with students. We had some disagreements and the atmosphere became heavy ... our whole class, (only a pastry chef), we felt less trapped ... treated as insignificant in the middle of the final stretch of the course. She treated us "better" when the director was there, she is always trying to resolve our doubts and do the best for us. But otherwise? The exchange of employees unprepared to deal with students, singular and unique lives ... no student is the same as the other. They even forbade me to be given half a cup of unsweetened coffee, which they never cared about during the entire course. What is half a cup of unsweetened coffee? It doesn’t cost before sweetening to take half a glass. Banal thing.? It is not? Worse than that was the answer that the responsible person gave to an employee who was taking coffee for me .... "That if I wanted him to take what he had available.
I would even take it, but I can't, for particular reasons, it doesn't matter. I just think they should prepare the pedagogical team or hire people who have already worked with students ... selling, is not the same as relating.
I thought, not only me, but our whole class to take a pastry course after the end. But we feel so rejected and less cherished that we give up. Unfortunate!
