★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui aluno do Instituto em Santo André, curso de confeiteiro profissional, curso ruim, fraco. Me disseram na hora da venda, que aprenderia tudo sobre confeitaria e doces finos. O que na prática não aconteceu, aconteceu com varios alunos. Muitos desistiram, inclusive eu. Antes de fecharem com a escola peça para ver todas as apostilas, avalie se é o que você procura.
I was a student at the Institute in Santo André, professional confectionery course, bad course, weak. I was told at the time of the sale that I would learn everything about confectionery and gourmet sweets. What in practice did not happen, happened to several students. Many gave up, including me. Before closing with the school, ask to see all the handouts, evaluate if this is what you are looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom foi maravilhoso eu estava vindo do meu dentista quando uma moça muito bem educada me fez um convite para conhecer a escola do Instituto Gourmet Mauá e quando eu entrei na escola eu fiquei emocionada com a escola e com o pessoal que trabalha na escola fui muito bem atendida pelo o Fábio que me ajudou muito eu conseguir a fazer a matrícula. Eu só tenho uma coisa a falar vc que tem o sonho de estudar gastronomia vai até a Instituto Gourmet Mauá porque lá vc vai conseguir e vai ser muito bem atendida por todos essa vale 5 estrelas
Well it was wonderful, I was coming from my dentist when a very well-educated girl invited me to visit the Instituto Gourmet Mauá school and when I entered the school I was thrilled with the school and with the people who work at the school I did very well attended by Fábio, who helped me a lot in my enrollment. I just have one thing to say, if you have the dream of studying gastronomy, go to Instituto Gourmet Mauá because there you will make it and you will be very well served by all of this 5-star hotel.
