★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O fato de ter uma funerária dentro do IML já é, no mínimo, suspeito. Funcionários se misturam e você acaba sem saber quem é policial e quem não é. A falta de bom senso impera.
The fact of having a funeral home inside the IML is, at the very least, suspect. Employees mix and you end up not knowing who is a police officer and who is not. The lack of common sense reigns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total descaso, o local não tem refrigeração para os corpos. Há muitas moscas devido ao mal cheiro. Respeito nenhum pelo ser humano em momentos de tanta dor.
Total neglect, the place has no refrigeration for the bodies. There are many flies due to the bad smell. No respect for human beings in times of so much pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 20/11/21 estive com minha esposa para liberar o corpo da irmã dela. Chegamos as 08hs e logo fomos recepcionado por um senhor gentil mas como estávamos aguardando documentos do filho da falecida, ficamos em oração pois todas as informações que tínhamos era a pior possivel. Tem um linda árvore na parte de trás e a vista é sensacional de Nova Iguaçu. Quando entregamos tudo nas maos de Deus, funciona. As 10:30 min ja estávamos com o docto. Necessário e providenciamos o sepultamento digno a minha cunhada. O local está com um aspecto muito bom e o banheiro masculino estava super limpo. Não tem.mais viatura abandonada e nem.mau cheiro. O atendimento de todos foi o melhor possível, fazendo com que o momento de dor fosse amenizado. Parabéns a todos os envolvidos.

On 20/11/21 I was with my wife to release her sister's body. We arrived at 8 am and were soon welcomed by a kind gentleman but as we were waiting for documents from the deceased's son, we were in prayer because all the information we had was the worst possible. It has a beautiful tree in the back and the view is sensational of Nova Iguaçu. When we give everything into God's hands, it works. At 10:30 min we were already with the docto. Necessary and we provide a dignified burial for my sister-in-law. The place looks very good and the men's room was super clean. No more abandoned vehicles and no bad smell. Everyone's care was the best possible, making the moment of pain alleviated. Congratulations to everyone involved.
