★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente o atendimento do pessoal de balcão é péssimo! Marcam a pessoa para ser atendida ás 08:00h da manhã, sabendo que o médico só chega ás 09:00 e a consulta é feita velocidade warp, quase nem dá tempo de sentar na cadeira! Isso quando não te marcam às 10:00h para atender duas horas depois! Relativamente ao pagamento, não te avisam absolutamente nada, depois a pessoa chega para pagar e não aceitam cartão nem cheque. E pedem para a pessoa sair e ir buscar dinheiro no posto de gasolina. Dão desculpa de que a máquina está avariada. Relativamente ao recebimento de cheque, só aceitam se for de 6.200,00 reais valor da cirurgia vascular de laser. Se for de 300,00 reais dizem que não tem serviço de escritório (Não compreendo pois, devem ter que depositar o dinheiro no banco, não depositam o cheque junto?), é muito descaso com o cliente e má vontade! Fiquei extremamente desapontada com este atendimento.

They schedule the person to be seen at 8:00 am in the morning, knowing that the doctor only arrives at 9:00 am and the consultation is done at warp speed, there is almost no time to sit in the chair! That's when they don't call you at 10:00 to answer two hours later! Regarding payment, they do not warn you at all, then the person arrives to pay and does not accept a card or check. And they ask the person to go out and get money from the gas station. They apologize that the machine is broken. Regarding receipt of checks, they only accept if it is 6,200.00 reais for laser vascular surgery. If it is R $ 300.00, they say there is no office service (I do not understand why, should they have to deposit the money in the bank, do they not deposit the check together?), It is very disregard for the customer and ill will! I was extremely disappointed with this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso com o paciente, mesmo com a consulta agendada fiquei 2 hs e meia esperando atendimento pra ele ver um resultado de exame
Como na clínica não aceitava meu convênio pra fazer o exame pedido pelo dDr. Guilherme eu pesquisei e achei uma clínica no Cambuí com várias referências ótimas
Pois ele colocou um monte de defeitos no exame e disse q não aceitaria aquele resultado
O exame é caro eu pago co participácao mesmo pelo convênio e ele não foi nada profissional
Super insatisfeita
Procurarei um médico de verdade

Fiquei das 13,:00 agora e 15:07 nao fui atendida com uma idosa de ,78 Anos . Você fala com atendente fala que a culpabnao e delas sacooo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentavel, tanto no atendimento qto no resultado.mas, muito bem cobrado e em espécie. A cirurgia foi refeita 1t dias após a primeira e hoje outros profissionais refazem k estrago.
Regrettable, both in attendance and in the result.but, very well charged and in kind. The surgery was redone 1t days after the first and today other professionals redo the damage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O problema da clínica é o mesmo em varios lugares: médicos pouco empáticos ao paciente. Passamos com o Dr Guilherme em fev21, fomos atendidos numa fala miniscula, de pé, en menos de 5min.
No retorno do resultado, por e-mail, as respostas às dúvidas, não são esclarecedoras. ?♀️
The problem in the clinic is the same in many places: doctors who are not empathetic to the patient. We passed with Dr Guilherme in Feb21, we were attended in a miniscule speech, standing, in less than 5min.
When returning the result, by e-mail, the answers to the doubts are not clarifying. ?♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DESCASO TOTAL COM O ''CLIENTE'' PACIENTE'' Só coloquei uma estrela porque não consigo colocar nenhuma, vai fechar se depender do péssimo atendimento das secretarias... Primeiro que eu fiquei 3 dias perguntando no whatsapp o valor de um exame que eles fazem e todos os dias visualizaram e não responderam.. quando liguei a secretaria simplesmente parecia um cavalo e foi toda mal educada custando responder as minhas perguntas do referido exame, e no dia da consulta de retorno com a medica, cheguei adiantada uns 20 minutos do meu horário, e simplesmente a secretaria ficou com meu documento e "esqueceu de passar a carteirinha do meu convênio" e passou 3 pessoas na minha frente, fazendo com que meu atendimento medico demorasse uns 40 minutos após o que estava realmente agendado...

As recepcionistas também são bem atenciosas e bem educadas. Estão de parabéns.
