★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que lugar incrível, ambiente familiar, muito acolhedor e com profissionais excelentes! Respeito, bom humor e muito aprendizado são constantes no IMC. Minha filha pratica o Taekwondo e meu filho treina Jiu-jitsu, se pudessem, ficariam o dia todo na academia. Recomendo de olhos fechados! ❤️
 What an amazing place, family atmosphere, very welcoming and with excellent professionals! Respect, good humor and a lot of learning are constant at IMC. My daughter practices Taekwondo and my son trains Jiu-jitsu, if they could, they would stay at the gym all day. I recommend with eyes closed! ❤️

As aulas de muay thai com mestre Rubens estimulam os alunos a evoluirem, mas respeitando suas individualidades. Treinos sempre empolgantes e sem monotonia, recomendo!

Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos sem falar no Mestre Kim que é uma simpatia em pessoa.
Em relação ao Jiu Jitsu, o sensei Israel possui uma ótima didática e conhecimento técnico tanto para crianças como para adultos.
Excellent gym with super qualified teachers in various martial arts.
Friendly and attentive staff, not to mention Mestre Kim who is a friendliness in person.
Regarding Jiu Jitsu, sensei Israel has great teaching skills and technical knowledge for both children and adults.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Instituto Mestre Cho aprendi não só a arte do muay thai para competição e defesa pessoal mas também lições que mudaram minha vida e o jeito que vejo o mundo. Conheci pessoas incríveis que quero ter pra sempre por perto. Além do ambiente ser bem família, os professores são excelentes, muito competentes, respeitosos e realmente ajudam os alunos a atingirem os objetivos. Os equipamentos de treino são novos, de boa qualidade e estão sempre bem higienizados. Ótima localização e preço acessível.
At Instituto Mestre Cho I learned not only the art of muay thai for competition and self-defense, but also lessons that changed my life and the way I see the world. I met amazing people that I want to have around forever. In addition to the atmosphere being very family, the teachers are excellent, very competent, respectful and really help the students to achieve their goals. The training equipment is new, of good quality and is always well sanitized. Great location and affordable price.

Apesar do Kung Fu ser uma modalidade nova na academia somos alunas antigas do professor Luiz Carlos (eu e minha filha - desde 2015/ela tinha 8 anos), excelente profissional, com longa experiência, muito paciente e com muitos alunos fiéis - o que comprova todas as sua qualidades.
The gym has a great atmosphere, familiar and welcoming. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Although Kung Fu is a new modality in the academy, we are former students of Professor Luiz Carlos (my daughter and I - since 2015/she was 8 years old), an excellent professional, with long experience, very patient and with many faithful students - which proves all your qualities.
