★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse ZERO estrela eu daria. Lixo de lugar. Atendimento da pior qualidade. Minha esposa já foi duas vezes com horário agendado e não conseguiu ser atendida. Da primeira alegaram uma falha de sistema e da segunda vez, após esperar 1 hora e 40 minutos ela foi chamada dizendo que a perita simplesmente saiu pra almoçar e não voltou mais sem dar qualquer satisfação. Não recomendo pra ninguém. Lixo e descaso total.
If I had ZERO star I would give it. Place trash. Worst quality service. My wife has already been scheduled twice and was unable to be attended. The first alleged a system failure and the second time, after waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes she was called saying that the expert simply went out to lunch and never returned without giving any satisfaction. I don't recommend it to anyone. Garbage and total neglect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lixo de lugar, falta total de respeito com as pessoas que já estão passando por dificuldades, vc agenda o atendimento chega e fica mais de 3 horas esperando, péssimo, esse é o retorno dos impostos que todos nós pagamos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muitas pessoas criticam esse lugar mais das duas vezes que precisei graças a Deus nunca tive nenhum problema funcionários muito dispostos a auxiliarem nas dúvidas nos direcionam logo na chegada pessoas mostrando vontade e gosto por aquilo que fazem eu dou meus parabéns um órgão do governo que funciona aqui na nossa cidade não é perfeito tem alguns pontos que precisam melhorar mais num todo estamos bem moradores de Mogi das cruzes temos que dar glórias a Deus por ter isso aqui para facilitar a vida daqueles que necessitam outro ponto que devemos ressaltar é a limpeza e o conforto oferecido muito bem cuidado

Eu gosto do INSS de Mogi das cruzes p/ falar a verdade desde que que tive o primeiro Câncer, passei por vários lugares, mas o que eu mais gostei foi esse de Mogi profissionais super Top Parabéns pelo bom Atendimento à População eu nem moro em Mogi mas verdade seja dita, INSS de Mogi das cruzes está de parabéns eu só tenho à Agradeceŕ a eles e à Deus?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muitas pessoas reclamam do inss mas eu não tive problema nenhum exceto a demora no atendimento pois é comum demorar porque além de não ter tantos atendentes também precisam de dar entrada nos documentos e como qualquer lugar entrada em documentos não costuma ser algo rápido. Precisa de conferir, escrever, perguntar, ouvir e etc.
No 1º agendamento e também no 2º dia para visita à perícia. Gastei uma média de 3 a 4 horas para ser atendido cada dia.Os guardas além do trabalho deles também são recepcionistas e são os que estão entre os mais atenciosos e objetivos. Conseguem instruir e administrar as filas da recepção de forma organizada e bem administrada apesar da demora de todo o contesto geral do INSS.
Eu vi no local muitas pessoas desatualizadas e desinformadas. Talvez por não conseguir acompanhar o agendamento eletrônico o qual é uma grande tendência mundial. Por isto passaram dificuldade e também raiva alheia por não cumprir todos os devidos procedimentos que o INSS pede.
Eu não tive dificuldade em nada apesar da demora. Foi tudo conforme a devida e simples programação. No todo a programação é: agendar o dia e horário por telefone no 135, chegar no dia com os devidos documentos pedidos por eles, saber esperar com uma certa paciência nos dias dos procedimentos, não tentar inventar satisfações como vi alguns no local, fazer a perícia de forma correta não esquecendo de nada e em seguida é só adquirir o benefício.
Bom é isto. respeito a opinião de muitos mas acho que devemos também aprender a valorizar certas coisas pois somos todos seres humanos e devemos aprender a lidar com certas coisas. Se for no local com tudo o que eles pedem não tem nenhum segredo. É só seguir os procedimentos de forma exata e pronto.
Procedimentos são lentos mesmo mas aqui em Mogi o INSS é bem sério e de forma geral acho que estão em um nível bom, perto de muitos INSS de outros lugares quando comparamos aos outros estados mais desorganizados e inadimplentes.

Procedures are really slow but here in Mogi the INSS is very serious and in general I think they are at a good level, close to many INSS from other places when compared to the other more disorganized and delinquent states.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento inicial e também da unidade sempre foi bom. A questão de estar cheio faz parte do serviço e da quantidade de pessoas que são atendidas na unidade. Entretanto, nesta unidade os funcionários sempre dão educados. Inclusive os seguranças que trabalham na entrada.
