Cheguei antes das 17h e o horário correto seria chegar 17h30 e iniciar o exame as 18h, sendo que nunca vi isso. Depois de ouvir diversas desculpas esfarrapadas da secretária, agendamos outra data, no caso hoje.
A mesma coisa, chegar às 17h30 para começar o exame as 18h. São 18h50 e nem sinal do início do exame.
A Unimed precisa rever com urgência quais clínicas tem se conveniado, porque acabamos virando refém de serviços de péssima qualidade.
Second time I come to the clinic for an exam. The first time they said I got the time wrong. I arrived before 5 pm and the correct time would be to arrive at 5:30 pm and start the exam at 6 pm, and I have never seen that. After hearing several lame excuses from the secretary, we scheduled another date, in this case today.
Same thing, arrive at 17:30 to start the exam at 18:00. It's 18:50 and there's no sign of the start of the exam.
Unimed needs to urgently review which clinics have agreed, because we end up being held hostage by poor quality services.
