★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica é excelente mas o atendimento telefônico deixa a desejar. Muito difícil conseguir falar....ou dá ocupado ou uma gravação pedindo desculpas e informando que não é possível completar a ligação. Busquem resolver isso!!!
The clinic is excellent but the phone service leaves something to be desired. Very difficult to get to speak .... or gives busy or a recording apologizing and stating that it is not possible to complete the call. Try to solve this !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento telefônico é de péssima qualidade, não se consegue falar para marcar consulta. Fiquei das 12hs até às 14:45hs tentando marcar consulta e só dava ocupado, não consegui marcar pois não atendiam só dava ocupado, assim fica muito difícil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinica horrível, totalmente sem respeito com paciente. não indico pra ninguém . já informei aos meus colegas de cartório que não recomendo pois a clinica não tem respeito com pacientes. avisam de ultima hora que não pode atender.
Horrible clinic, totally disrespectful to the patient. I don't recommend it to anyone. I've already informed my colleagues at the registry that I don't recommend it because the clinic has no respect for patients. they let you know at the last minute that they can't answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Doutor Cássio demorou 1h pra me atender e quando fui questionar a atendente ela teve a cara de pau de me dizer que eu que havia chegado atrasado, sendo que eu havia chegado na hora. Um total desrespeito!!!
Terrible attendance! Doctor Cássio took 1h to see me and when I went to question the attendant she had the nerve to tell me that I had arrived late, given that I had arrived on time. Total disrespect!!!
