★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou contar minha experiência, fica a critério de quem ler avaliar o lugar. Eu liguei para lá para agendar banho para meus cachorros, o lugar parecia ser concorrido pois só tinha horário para dois dias depois, agendei. No horário marcado, precisei ligar para lá pelo menos umas três vezes, por fim um rapaz veio num carro normal com espaço atrás, ja estranhei. O lugar estava completamente vazio e na recepção uma mulher mal humorada sequer respondeu ao meu cumprimento, a 'sala' de espera não dava visão para o lugar onde dão banho nos pets, o rapaz levou os cachorros, não informou o que ia fazer e nem perguntou nada dos cachorros, Resumindo, vi que eles tinham certificados de prêmios de tosa, levei um susto, daí sai o rapaz e diz que tosou meus cachorros, sequer tinha me perguntado se podia fazer aquilo, ao finalizar a tal mulher da recepção informou que eles não eram veterinários e que eu deveria levar ao veterinário. Resultado: meus cachorros estão com pulgas.

At the scheduled time, I had to call there at least three times, finally a boy came in a normal car with space behind, I was surprised. The place was completely empty and at the reception a grumpy woman did not even respond to my greeting, the 'waiting room' did not give a view to the place where they bathe in the pets, the boy took the dogs, did not say what he was going to do or asked the dogs, In short, I saw that they had certificates of cousin awards, I got scared, then the boy comes out and says that he had my dogs, he had not even asked me if he could do that, when he finished the woman at the reception said that they were not veterinarians and I should take them to the vet. Result: my dogs have fleas.

Me surpreendi como ela ficou quietinha e como eles têm técnica pra lidar com os pets.

Quem conhece meu Thor, sabe que é um cachorro completamente inquieto e por isso, todos os pet shop em que levava só aceitavam raspar todo pelo dele com a máquina, o que resultou em uma bela alergia .
Bem, não preciso falar mais nada, as fotos mostram que com paciência , respeito ao temperamento do animal e profissionalismo é possível satisfazer o cliente. Meu filho tosado com tesoura e Nada de raspar o pelo ????
Quero deixar meu agradecimento e a certeza de que conquistaram mais um cliente.Parabens!??????
