★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu cachorro foi 2 vezes nesse Pet para realização de banho e tosa higiênica,a primeira vez foi excelente, banho e tosa higiênica muito bem feita já na segunda vez foi péssima. Percebi uma grande diferença no trabalho realizado , notei uma tosa higiênica feita de qualquer jeito.
My dog went to this Pet twice for bathing and hygienic grooming, the first time was excellent, bathing and hygienic grooming very well done the second time was terrible. I noticed a big difference in the work done, I noticed a hygienic grooming done anyway.

Gostaria de relatar um triste ocorrido no local, Tenho um poodle bem idoso (Max – 17 anos), ele apresentava algumas verrugas em seu corpo devido à idade. Uma dessas verrugas, que estava localizada na parte de baixo de seu focinho cresceu demais, e após consultas em veterinários à recomendação era não mexer, pois poderia piorar.
Levamos o Max para banho e tosa no local e informamos a situação, porém o funcionário/proprietário do local passou a máquina nessa verruga, extraindo a mesma. Virou uma enorme ferida, que pegou bicheira por conta da exposição. Ligamos no local e o proprietário foi extremamente grosso e arrogante dizendo até que nos tinha feito um favor em extrair aquela “coisa horrível por conta da falta de cuidados”. Pois bem, venho relatar que hoje o Max está passando pelo SEGUNDO processo cirúrgico em 2 meses para limpeza do TUMOR que virou a ferida, que está crescendo rapidamente e sangrando muito, todos os dias temos de limpar nossa casa que fica parecendo um açougue por conta do sangue. E, o causador não deu o menor respaldo após cometer essa atrocidade com uma vida. Faço esse relato apenas para expor e para que todos pensem bem no local em que confiamos os cuidados com nossos bichinhos, que são parte de nossa família.
Obs.: Não colocarei fotos do Max, pois está bem feio, e pode chocar algumas pessoas.

I would like to report a sad occurrence at the site, I have a very old poodle (Max - 17 years old), he had some warts on his body due to age. One of these warts, which was located on the underside of his snout, grew too much, and after consulting veterinarians the recommendation was not to move, as it could get worse.
We took Max for bathing and grooming on the spot and reported the situation, but the employee / owner of the place passed the machine over this wart, extracting it. It became a huge wound, which caught the bug due to the exposure. We called on the spot and the owner was extremely thick and arrogant saying that he had done us a favor in extracting that “horrible thing due to the lack of care”. Well, I come to report that today Max is going through the SECOND surgical procedure in 2 months for cleaning the TUMOR that turned the wound, which is growing rapidly and bleeding a lot, every day we have to clean our house that looks like a butcher shop on account blood. And, the cause did not give the slightest support after committing this atrocity with a life. I make this report just to expose and for everyone to think well about the place where we trust the care of our pets, which are part of our family.
Note: I will not post pictures of Max, as he is very ugly, and may shock some people.
