Entreguei o processo para autorização a mais de 20 dias e foi falada a data do dia 28 para a cirurgia, porém a secretária não marcou a cirurgia. Tentei contato diversas vezes, inclusive por whaWhats e nan tive retorno. Muita falta de respeito com o paciente, organizei a minha agenda para fazer esse final de ano, paguei psicólogo, pedi licença no trabalho e foi tudo em vão. Pois NÃO foi feita a cirurgia.
I scheduled surgery and the secretary paid no attention. I handed the process over for authorization more than 20 days ago and the date of the 28th day for the surgery was spoken, but the secretary did not schedule the surgery.
