Fiz uma consulta semana passada, particular, consulta, exame tudo. O médico mandou marcar o retorno para hoje e assim o fiz. Quando cheguei na clinica hoje, me falaram que todas as consultas haviam sido canceladas. Vale ressaltar, que eu não moro em pau dos ferros e que gasto 50,00 reais com transporte para ir ate lá. Não tiveram nem a consideração, na verdade responsabilidade, de avisar que não teria a consulta. E se que me pediram desculpas pelo ocorrido. Não indico a ninguem.
Terrible Experience.
I had a consultation last week, private consultation, exam everything. The doctor ordered the return appointment for today and I did so. When I arrived at the clinic today, I was told that all appointments had been cancelled. It is worth mentioning that I do not live in pau dos ferros and that I spend 50.00 reais with transportation to go there. They didn't even have the consideration, actually the responsibility, to let them know that they wouldn't have the appointment. And if they apologized for what happened. I don't recommend to anyone.
