★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A instalação foi marcada e feita de maneira rápida mas após isso só problemas. De cara o primeiro problema, a nota fiscal não foi entregue e segue assim 3 meses após o serviço. A instalação não foi bem feita, e ainda hoje, 3 meses após a mesma, ela se encontra com falhas nos cantos de todas as 3 janelas. Os problemas continuam com a constante dificuldade em falar com o responsável pela empresa, que sequer visualiza ou responde os recados que deixo tentando resolver este problema. Em apenas uma ocasião o responsável entrou em contato marcando uma visita técnica, onde lamentavelmente houve um desencontro de minha responsabilidade e ela não aconteceu, mas isso não deveria ser motivo para as minhas ligações e recados serem completamente ignorados. Como contratei está empresa através de avaliações feitas por este canal nada mais justo que eu deixe aqui relatada a minha péssima experiência com esta empresa. Não a recomendo de forma alguma.
Atualização: recebi resposta do dono da empresa que me reportou os problemas por quais a mesma passou neste período de pandemia. Achei as explicações justas e o problema da instalação foi resolvido
The installation was marked and done quickly but after that only problems. The first problem, the invoice was not delivered and remains like this 3 months after the service. The installation was not done well, and even today, 3 months after it, it still has flaws in the corners of all 3 windows. The problems continue with the constant difficulty in talking to the person responsible for the company, who does not even see or respond to the messages I leave trying to solve this problem. On only one occasion the person in charge got in touch scheduling a technical visit, where unfortunately there was a mismatch of my responsibility and it didn't happen, but that shouldn't be a reason for my calls and messages to be completely ignored. As I hired this company through reviews made by this channel, nothing more fair that I report here my bad experience with this company. I do not recommend it at all.
Update: I received a response from the owner of the company who reported to me the problems that the company went through in this pandemic period. I found the explanations fair and the installation problem was solved
