★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante. Quanto ao Serviço de Assistência técnica. Não aceitei o Serviço Executado pela Empresa. Após diversos questionamentos, denuncia no PROCON e telefonemas. Enviaram um novo Codificador. Caso encerrado. Ufa!

Bad service. Intelbras should do the same. Honda does with its customers: evaluate the quality of service of its dealers. They refused to convert to my cameras because I didn't buy from them

Orçamento foi escrito no caderno da vendedora ao invés de ser entregue ao cliente. Se quisesse a notar eu teria que tirar uma foto.
Não recomendo o local de forma alguma.

Bad service provided by a lady who was sitting at the last table while the customer remains standing.
Budget was written in the salesperson's notebook instead of being delivered to the customer. If I wanted to notice her I would have to take a picture.
I don't recommend the place at all.

Um descuido com o cliente, um desinteresse em atender, nenhuma atenção.
Decepcionado com a Intelbras que tem sua marca associada a um serviço tão ruim!
Despite having read the negative comments about the service at this establishment, I called the store to make an inquiry about an Intelbras product that I am interested in and I had the opportunity to see how bad the service really is.
