★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu cachorro para atendimento nesse hospital e fiquei impressionado com o atendimento de excelência! Não conhecia o conceito hospice e achei essa abordagem muito interessante….realmente faz a diferença para a veterinária. O local oferece uma estrutura com total suporte técnico, ao mesmo tempo que apresenta um ambiente muito acolhedor. Presenciei na prática a humanização do atendimento por todos da equipe…desde a recepção, equipe de enfermagem, pessoal da limpeza, patologista e veterinários. Meu cachorro fez todos os exames no local mesmo, recebendo toda a assistência necessária. Super recomendo esse hospital!!!!! Espero não precisar voltar, mas não pensaria duas vezes em utilizar esse serviço. Parabéns pelo espaço e pelo atendimento acolhedor!
I took my dog for care at this hospital and I was impressed with the excellent service! I didn't know the hospice concept and I found this approach very interesting….it really makes a difference for the veterinarian. The place offers a structure with full technical support, while also presenting a very welcoming environment. I witnessed in practice the humanization of care by everyone on the team…from the reception, nursing staff, cleaning staff, pathologist and veterinarians. My dog did all the exams on the spot, receiving all the necessary assistance. I highly recommend this hospital!!!!! I hope I don't have to go back, but I wouldn't think twice about using this service. Congratulations for the space and the welcoming service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca fui tão bem tratada em um hospital veterinário, eu e minha amora passamos a noite internadas pois a Amora passou por uma cirurgia ortopédica e necessitou de cuidados pós cirúrgico, sem palavras para o atendimento, tudo com muito amor, cuidado e profissionalismo tanto com ela como comigo, quanto a estrutura tudo muito limpo, moderno e aconchegante! Muito obrigada a toda equipe.
I've never been treated so well in a veterinary hospital, my cranberry and I spent the night hospitalized because Amora underwent orthopedic surgery and needed post-surgical care, speechless for the service, all with a lot of love, care and professionalism with both her like me, as for the structure, everything is very clean, modern and cozy! Many thanks to the whole team.

Cobram caro e não oferecem atitudes que demonstrem esse acolhimento que eles dizem que tem, pq se vc quer se internar com seu cãozinho é pq vc não quer que ele não sofra com a separação. Meu cachorro entrou andando e saiu morto, ele estava com a saúde fragilizada sim, estava mas a solução não era ficar entuchando ele de remédio e sim monitora ló para que ele tivesse mais conforto. A Dra. Marina intensivista da noite chegou no quarto me fez vários questionamentos desnecessários me questionou sobre pq eu fui em vários veterinários, quando eu perguntei sobre as medicações que eles estavam dando ela se ofendeu nada mais normal do que vc querer saber sobre o tratamento que estão fazendo com seu animalzinho, falou que se eu quisesse alimenta lo a cada 2 h era para eu fazer pq eles não tinham como ficar subindo nesse intervalo eles subiriam há cada 04 horas, vc paga uma diária de R$ 1.600,00 pq vc sabe que seu cãozinho inspira cuidados que vc não consegue suprir ..Enfim antes de ser um profissional precisamos ser pessoas boas e humanas. O único ponto positivo aqui que não posso ser injusta é a recepção e a gerente que são profissionais agradáveis mas o trabalho delas não é o essencial para segmento, é necessário ter médicos intensivista bons e preparados, pq lidam com vidas e não com um papel que se vc errar vc joga fora. Não indico esse local.

They charge dearly and do not offer attitudes that demonstrate the acceptance they say they have, because if you want to stay with your puppy, it is because you don't want him not to suffer with the separation. My dog walked in and came out dead, he was in fragile health, yes, he was, but the solution was not to keep filling him with medicine, but monitoring him so that he would have more comfort. Dr. Marina intensivist at night arrived in the room, asked me several unnecessary questions, asked me about why I went to several veterinarians, when I asked about the medications they were giving she was offended, nothing more normal than you wanting to know about the treatment that they're doing it with their little animal, they said that if I wanted to feed it every 2 hours I was supposed to do it because they couldn't keep going up in that interval they would go up every 04 hours, you pay a daily rate of R$ 1,600.00 because you know that your puppy inspires care that you cannot supply .. Anyway, before being a professional, we need to be good and humane people. The only positive point here that I cannot be unfair is the reception and the manager, who are pleasant professionals, but their work is not essential for the segment, it is necessary to have good and prepared intensive care physicians, because they deal with lives and not with a role that if you make a mistake you throw it away. I do not indicate this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente! A equipe toda é muito bem capacitada, orientam e explicam com carinho e toda a paciência do mundo. Nosso gatinho acabou falecendo, mas tive certeza de que foi bem amparado em seus últimos momentos. A equipe nos confortou e deu toda a assistência necessária.
Além disso, possuem o conceito Hospice, em que vc pode ficar em alojamento com seu animalzinho, o que ajuda bastante na recuperação.
Excelent reception! The entire team is very well trained, they guide and explain with care and all the patience in the world. Our kitten ended up dying, but I was sure he was well supported in his last moments. The staff comforted us and gave all the necessary assistance.
In addition, they have the Hospice concept, in which you can stay in accommodation with your pet, which helps a lot in recovery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ infelizmente a teoria é muito boa mas a prática deixa muito a desejar.... tive uma experiência horrível nesse lugar. Elas explicaram tudo e perguntei o que fazer para chamar disseram que iam deixar um telefone e esqueceram, assim como várias outras coisas.. Tive que ir pedir o telefone e meu cachorro teve uma convulsão séria sozinho no quarto nesse momento se debatendo sem ter alguém para acordar ou segurar a sua cabeça. Foi muito triste, eu tava sempre com ele em casa e nunca tinha acontecido de ele estar sozinho em um momento desse. Isso me marcou muito, e por causa da falta de atenção das profissionais. Demoraram para medicar ele, estava lá justamente para que fosse uma intervenção rápida, deviam ter os medicamentos a postos já na seringa. Na internação eu avisei que tava tendo muitas convulsões, como que o diazepan estava tão longe e sem ser puxado? também na hora de colocar e tirar o acesso foi horrível, sangrou pra todo lado, a fita que usaram e a forma de colocar fizeram meu cachorro sofrer muito mais do que o necessário. Tem uma estrutura física boa mas a estrutura médica é muito fraca. Não recomendo!! melhor não estar com o seu cachorro mas confiar no tratamento médico.
Nao desejo ter respostas!!esse assunto só me traz sofrimento. Só acho que as pessoas insatisfeitas muitas vezes não tomam o tempo de reclamar e quero evitar que outros passem por isso. Não sei como é o atendimento durante o dia. Mas o plantão é muito pobre.
unfortunately the theory is very good but the practice leaves a lot to be desired.... I had a horrible experience in this place. They explained everything and I asked what to do to call they said they were going to leave a phone and they forgot it, as well as several other things.. I had to go ask for the phone and my dog had a serious seizure alone in the room at that moment struggling with no one to wake up or hold your head. It was very sad, I was always with him at home and it had never happened to him to be alone at such a time. This marked me a lot, and because of the lack of attention from the professionals. They took a long time to medicate him, he was there precisely for a quick intervention, they should have the medication ready in the syringe. During hospitalization, I warned that I was having a lot of convulsions, how could the diazepam be so far away and without being pulled? also when putting on and taking off the access it was horrible, it bled everywhere, the tape they used and the way they put it made my dog suffer much more than necessary. It has a good physical structure but the medical structure is very weak. I do not recommend!! better not to be with your dog but to rely on medical treatment.
I do not wish to have answers!! this subject only brings me suffering. I just think that dissatisfied people often don't take the time to complain and I want to prevent others from going through that. I don't know what the service is like during the day. But the shift is very poor.
