★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho essa internet, porém constantemente cai a conexão e fica muito lenta.
Já liguei diversas vezes mas melhora na hora e depois fica ruim novamente... Em fim... Estou procurando outra pra minha região .

Terrible, I don't recommend it to anyone, especially for those who work from home office. Every time it falls , I was without Internet for 3 days

Desde a prestação de serviço ao atendimento.
Profissionais desqualificados e Internet de péssima qualidade.
Infelizmente aqui na minha região só existe eles. Só pode ser monopólio.
Internet cara e com a pior qualidade já experimentada na minha vida.
Até a antiga Internet discada é melhor do que a deles.
Atendentes desligam o telefone na sua cara e batem boca com você.
Antes de contratar o serviço deles, pesquise porque qualquer outra prestadora por pior que seja, tenho certeza que será melhor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já estou de saco cheio dessa internet. Paga 77 reais por 10 megas e recebo 1 mega, primeiro lugar na minha vida que vejo que a velocidade e Dowlonding+uplodin. Nunca vi isso. Cai o tempo todo, e final de semana então te deixa na mão.
I'm already sick of this internet. Pay 77 reais for 10 megs and get 1 mega, first place in my life that I see that speed and Dowlonding + uplodin. I never saw that. It falls all the time, and then the weekend lets you down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet vive caindo o serviço é péssimo pra não dizer horroroso.. vc paga 10MG mais não chega nem 2 ligo pra reclamar e a desculpa é sempre a mesmo de que estão fazendo manutenção kkkkk... Não indico a ninguém ????
The internet keeps falling down the service is terrible not to say horrible.. you pay 10 MG but I don't even call 2 to complain and the excuse is always the same that they are doing maintenance kkkkk... I don't recommend it to anyone ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era boa no inicio mas eles tem uma tática suja de no começo falar que o plano é de 40MB quando na verdade era a soma de download + upload dar 40MB, utilizam de meios para exibir uma velocidade falsa em teste de velocidade e quando era um download de verdade a velocidade caia para menos da metade. Até ai era só problema de velocidade, até começar as quedas e a perda de pacote na conexão tornando impossível para jogar sem lag. A demanda cresceu e eles não melhoraram a infraestrutura infelizmente..
It was good in the beginning but they have a dirty tactic at first saying that the plan is 40MB when in fact it was the sum of download + upload giving 40MB, they use means to display a false speed in speed test and when it was a download actually the speed drops to less than half. Until then it was just a speed problem, until the drops and packet loss on the connection started making it impossible to play without lag. The demand grew and they didn't improve the infrastructure unfortunately..
