★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, são bons para vender, porém se precisar usar a garantia já começa a ter problemas. Se vencer a garantia simplesmente alegam que o fabricante não atende mais, querem te obrigar a comprar um produto novo.
I do not recommend it, they are good to sell, but if you need to use the guarantee you are already having problems. If the warranty expires, they simply claim that the manufacturer no longer serves them, they want to force you to buy a new product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, comprei 8 mesas iguais, erraram na entrega, com peças diferentes. Depois de corrigirem a entrega percebi que mesmo sendo 8 mesas iguais elas tem detalhes diferentes.
Das 8 mesas 4 não possuem parafusos, a mesa foi montada somente com encaixe e obviamente que uma delas quebrou com 15 dias de uso.
Após a quebra eu acionei o atendimento da empresa que se prontificou em corrigir o problema. Dois técnicos vieram aqui, retiraram a mesa quebrada, e entregaram a mesma mesa arrumada e com reforços. Nesta mesa visita eles colocaram reforços em mais uma mesa ficand assim duas mesas montadas somente com encaixe.
Ambas as mesas não estao sendo usadas pois não irão aguentar uma semana de uso sem os reforços.
Após 2 meses de solicitando semanalmente a instalação de reforço nas mesas e sem nenhum tipo de resposta por parte da i empresa, resolvi fazer um review da mesma no Google e Facebook. Menos de meia hora após review negativo sobre a empresa recebo a mensagem abaixo pelo meu whatsapp:
"Fabricio , boa tarde! aqui Dirceu , diretor da empresa. Como já informado desde a ultima entrega , faremos sua assistência quando houver um roteiro de entregas para seu bairro (Pacaembu). Diferentemente do que vc postou em nossa pagina , as mesas simplesmente não quebram , muito menos com 15 dias de uso . Elas quebraram ou desparafusaram simplesmente porque foram arrastadas e obviamente crianças com 5 anos de idade sabem ou imaginam que arrastar uma mesa com pés de madeira fatalmente irá danifica-las. Isso sim é patético, não nosso atendimento. Acusar ou jogar a culpa no produto é fácil , difícil é achar um cliente que assuma tal conduta. Aproveito para reiterar que agora Só iremos resolver o seu problema , causado pelo seu pessoal , quando apagar tal postagem infantil e descabida."
Insatisfeito com a resposta do diretor, busquei a empresa na receita federal e percebi que o Sr Dirceu é o único proprietário da mesma. Se o proprietário tem essa postura de culpar os clientes pela falta de qualidade no produto e serviço, não espere ser bem atendido e ter um produto de qualidade saindo desta empresa.
Resumo, estou com 2 mesas sem usar para que elas não quebrem. Atendimento patético ora patético, ora grosseiro. FUJAM DESSA EMPRESA!
I don't recommend it, I bought 8 identical tables, they were wrong in delivery, with different pieces. After correcting the delivery I realized that even though 8 tables are the same they have different details.
Of the 8 tables 4 do not have screws, the table was assembled only with fitting and obviously one of them broke after 15 days of use.
After the break I called the company's service that was ready to correct the problem. Two technicians came here, removed the broken table, and handed over the same tidy table with reinforcements. On this visiting table, they placed reinforcements on one more table, thus two tables assembled only with fitting.
Both tables are not being used as they will not last a week of use without reinforcements.
After 2 months of weekly requesting the installation of reinforcement at the tables and without any kind of response from the company, I decided to do a review of it on Google and Facebook. Less than half an hour after a negative review about the company, I receive the message below through my whatsapp:
"Fabricio, good afternoon! Here Dirceu, director of the company. As already informed since the last delivery, we will assist you when there is a delivery schedule for your neighborhood (Pacaembu). Unlike what you posted on our page, the tables simply do not they break, much less with 15 days of use. They broke or unscrewed simply because they were dragged and obviously 5 year old children know or imagine that dragging a table with wooden feet will inevitably damage them. accusing or blaming the product is easy, it is difficult to find a customer who undertakes such conduct. I would like to reiterate that now we will only solve your problem, caused by your staff, when you delete this childish and misplaced post. "
Dissatisfied with the director's response, I looked for the company at the Federal Revenue Service and realized that Mr. Dirceu is the sole owner of the company. If the owner has this attitude of blaming customers for the lack of quality in the product and service, don't expect to be well attended and have a quality product coming out of this company.
Summary, I have 2 unused tables so they don't break. Pathetic service, sometimes pathetic, sometimes rude. ESCAPE FROM THIS COMPANY!
