Recebi o melhor atendimento possível pela Designer Adriana, que entendeu minha necessidade versus a realidade de um apartamento pequeno e cheio de detalhes. Fui atendido de maneira justa, honesta e transparente, dentro do meu orçamento, e sem a pressão que muitas empresas de planejados fazem para fechar contrato. Fiquei muito satisfeito com o projeto. A Adriana deve ser standard aos demais, pois possui competências como foco no cliente e foco no resultado!

Desde a criação dos móveis com a Cláudia, uma pessoa super atenciosa, que pensa em cada detalhe, expõe a sua opinião baseada na extensa experiência que ela carrega.
O Eduardo, que sempre tem aquele descontinho importante na hora de fechar o contrato, nos oferece aquele cafezinho delícia e sempre preocupado se estamos sendo bem atendidos. ?
A Equipe de montagem super cuidadosa em deixar tudo perfeito.. inclusive preciso elogiar a equipe do Kaique, 3 meninos novinhos muito bem capacitados para o que fazem.. sem preguiça de trabalhar, passam o dia sem comer só para darem o melhor deles, se preocupam em deixar os móveis bem alinhados.
O Antônio que é o supervisor de montagem.. uma pessoa extremamente educada e muito preocupado em ver a satisfação do cliente.
Parabéns Casa Conceito e muito obrigada por deixarem a minha casa ainda mais linda e aconchegante.

The assembly team is super careful to make everything perfect... I even have to praise Kaique's team, 3 young boys very well trained for what they do... not lazy to work, spend the day without eating just to give their best, if they are concerned with keeping the furniture well aligned.
