Bad information doesn't know how to pass information right to your clients, and it even mixes their personal and professional problems. It wouldn't indicate off the embarrassment you go through.

I loved this school, everything done right with transparency. all very well explained. from the teachers the reception is all excellent without counting the hygiene understanding the education of speechless staff. Congratulations to all of you!!!!

Terça Feira(23/11/2021) estivemos minha esposa e eu na Escola Interativa Pet Escola localizada na avenida Senador Teotônio Vilela, 3111 - SP, com uma promessa de um curso de Auxiliar veterinário por um valor promocional de 40% de desconto. Ao aceitar a promessa, no contrato já não estava mais o valor de de 40% de desconto e sim aproximadamente de 13%. O curso estava previsto para começar em março de 2022, e no contrato dizia que os valores das parcelas deviam ser pagos conforme o curso começasse.
Como se não bastasse a promessa falsa e enganosa, ainda nos cobraram fora do contrato o valor da primeira parcela do curso, e ao pedirmos o cancelamento do contrato, os representantes se recusaram a quaisquer devoluções sendo necessário o apoio da polícia militar.
Se no contrato já é assim, imagine como deve ser o curso...

Tuesday (11/23/2021) my wife and I were at Escola Interativa Pet Escola located at Avenida Senador Teotônio Vilela, 3111 - SP, with a promise of a Veterinary Assistant course for a promotional value of 40% off. When accepting the promise, the contract was no longer the value of 40% discount, but approximately 13%. The course was scheduled to start in March 2022, and the contract said that the installment amounts had to be paid as the course started.
As if the false and misleading promise were not enough, they also charged us outside the contract for the value of the first installment of the course, and when we asked for the contract to be cancelled, the representatives refused any refunds, requiring the support of the military police.
If this is already the case in the contract, imagine how the course should be...
