★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro aqui há 20 anos, adoro esse lugar, vi tudo sendo construído e aprimorado pelo bairro, serviço de transporte público excelente, tem a estação Grajaú da CPTM muito próximo, o terminal Urbano também fica a 10 minutos de distância, mas alguns porteiros são muito mal treinados pela síndica do prédio que é uma pessoa completamente arrogante, há anos a administração é a mesma, sem manutenção alguma, quando reclama com a síndica Aparecida ela diz "busque seus direitos" mas não colabora com o coletivo, as reuniões mensais não são para prestar contas e sim para conversa fiada ou brigas, caso queira morar aqui, saiba que terá problemas com a manutenção pois ela não é muito atenciosa com os moradores e se acha a dona do prédio.
