★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super me indicaram esta oficina e fui confiante que iria resolver o problema do meu carro (falha ao ligar quando o motor estava totalmente frio). Após deixar o carro lá virar a noite, para que pudessem testar e ver como acontecia o problema, quando cheguei no outro dia não tinham realizado todos os testes que disseram que seria feito, além de quando eu saí, meu carro apresentou um barulho que nunca tinha tido antes.
Voltei ao local para mostrar e ver o que poderia ter sido já que nunca tinha acontecido, e simplesmente me perguntaram se eu estava acusando a oficina. Como direito meu e por nunca ter acontecido o barulho novo no carro, somente após eu buscar o carro na oficina, claro que precisei voltar e questionar.
Além de ficarem com raiva e não entender a situação, foram dizendo que poderia ser problema do som que é instalado e não vem de fábrica (e vem de fábrica) e dizendo coisas que não tinha nada a ver, como o alarme também que é de fábrica é que poderia ter ocasionado o problema.
This workshop was recommended to me and I was confident that it would solve my car problem (failure to start when the engine was completely cold). After leaving the car there at night, so that they could test and see how the problem happened, when I arrived the other day they had not performed all the tests that said it would be done, besides when I left, my car presented a noise that never had had before.
I went back to the site to show and see what could have been since it had never happened, and I was simply asked if I was accusing the workshop. As my right and because there was never a new noise in the car, only after I got the car from the garage, of course I had to go back and question it.
In addition to being angry and not understanding the situation, they were saying that it could be a problem with the sound that is installed and does not come from the factory (and comes from the factory) and saying things that had nothing to do, such as the alarm that is factory could have caused the problem.

Bad service, the first time I went I saw the unwillingness to do the service, I gave it a second chance because it is close to home, I budgeted for a slightly larger service and gave 3x the price of another workshop. Now I gave up for good!
