★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a pior experencia .. contratamos para entregar carro ate sexta-feira de juiz de fora a fortaleza-ce e nao chegou com muito custo e pouca informação disseram que carro estava quebrado desde de quinta-feira passada em uma cidade de milagres-CE e não dao certeza sendo que agora estavamos falando com dono da carreta .. que pouco diz sobre a situação... MUITO DESCASO . fora que reclameu no instagram e nos bloquearam
Unfortunately the worst experience .. we hired to deliver a car until Friday from a judge from outside the fortress-CE and it did not arrive with much cost and little information they said that the car was broken since last Thursday in a city of miracles-CE and I can't be sure since we were now talking to the owner of the truck... which says little about the situation... A LOT of NEGLIGENCE. he complained on instagram and blocked us

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá contratei a j.a transporte pra trazer meu carro do rio de janeiro/pra João Pessoa...dia 19 de janeiro .. hoje já e 6 de fevereiro....e até agora não entregaram.... faço contato...e temos pouca informações. Não te dá muito atenção....e nem falam quando vai chegar....pois seria 10 dias ..pra entrega ... estou precisando do veículo...pra meu trabalho...e não tenho resposta.... não ainda que providência tomar ... talvez eu 0 procon ou um advogado... não recomendo...não são atencios com os clientes.... somente na hora de contratar...de resto... ninguém ...te dá uma definição...final..e isso,... vamos aguardar o final dos próximos.. capítulo...e farei ..novos comentários.....
Hello, I hired ja transport to bring my car from Rio de Janeiro / to João Pessoa... January 19th.. today is February 6th.... and so far they haven't delivered.... I make contact... and we have little information. They don't pay you much attention... and they don't even say when it will arrive.... because it would be 10 days... for delivery... I need the vehicle... for my work... and I don't have an answer... .. not even what action to take... maybe I 0 procon or a lawyer... I don't recommend it... they don't care for customers.... only when hiring... otherwise... nobody .. .gives you a definition...final..and that,... let's wait for the end of the next.. chapter...and I'll make ..new comments.....

Fui mto bem atendida, detalhe a previsão para a entrega do meu veiculo era de 7 a 10 dias úteis, e no entanto fui surpreendida com uma msg no whats mostrando a foto que meu veículo ja estava disponível para retirada.
Pronto ganharam minha confiança, super indico pelo excelente trabalho e eficiência no que fazem Parabéns a todos envolvidos

I was very well attended, detail the forecast for the delivery of my vehicle was 7 to 10 working days, and however I was surprised with a message on whats showing the photo that my vehicle was already available for withdrawal.
