★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, pra começar o balcão de informações tem um corrente evitando o acesso, o tempo de espera para resolver, já se passam duas horas e nada. Lembrando que se você não vier ao agendamento, você é bloqueado pelo menos um mês. Mas como sou brasileiro, acredito em dias melhores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Tremenda falta de respeito. Vocês deixarem horário disponível para agendamento e quamdo chego ao local está fechado. Se era para ficar fechado então não coloca horário disponível para agendamento. Eu quero entregar 3 procurações e não consigo.
Terrible. Tremendous lack of respect. You leave time available for scheduling and when I arrive the place is closed. If it was to be closed then there is no time available for scheduling. I want to deliver 3 powers of attorney and I can't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e ainda mal educados, fiquei mais de 3 horas esperando para não conseguirem resolver nada e fiquei sendo enrolado até o fechamento e sozinho em casa fiz tudo pela Internet.
Terrible service and still poorly educated, I was waiting for more than 3 hours so they couldn't solve anything and I was being wound up until closing time and I did everything on the Internet alone at home.

Terrible service. They leave people crowded on the street, they don't make an effort to solve a simple problem and they don't treat the taxpayer with civility.
