★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao salão Werner em Laranjeiras fazer mão e pé. No meio do atendimento, a manicure perguntou se eu queria envolver meus pés com plástico. Eu imaginei que fosse o saco plástico utilizado em outros salões para posterior esfoliação dos pés e retirada de cutícula, como parte do processo de pedicure. Eu disse que não tinha problema. No final do atendimento, quando eu fui pagar, soube que eu estava sendo cobrada por um serviço de spa, muito mais caro do que o serviço de pedicure que eu havia pedido. Eu argumentei dizendo que eu não fui informada pela atendente que seria cobrado um serviço à parte e muito menos que se tratava de spa, visto que só passaram um creme no meu pé e envolveram no plástico. Fui cobrada da mesma forma. Como não queria arrumar briga, paguei e fui embora para nunca mais voltar. Depois fui ler as avaliações deste salão na internet e vi que outras pessoas também se queixaram da cobrança de serviços extras ou substitutos mais caros, sem explicação prévia por parte da equipe do salão. Enfim... depois desta experiência negativa, não recomendo o estabelecimento.
I went to the Werner salon in Laranjeiras to do hand and foot. Halfway through the session, the manicurist asked if I wanted to wrap my feet in plastic. I imagined it was the plastic bag used in other salons for further exfoliation of the feet and removal of the cuticle, as part of the pedicure process. I said it was okay. At the end of the appointment, when I went to pay, I learned that I was being charged for a spa service, much more expensive than the pedicure service I had ordered. I argued saying that I was not informed by the attendant that a separate service would be charged, much less that it was a spa, as they only applied cream to my foot and wrapped it in plastic. I was charged the same way. As I didn't want to pick a fight, I paid and left, never to return. Then I read the reviews of this salon on the internet and saw that other people also complained about charging extra services or more expensive substitutes, without prior explanation from the salon staff. Anyway... after this negative experience, I don't recommend the establishment.

I did foot and hand and the nail polish started to come off the next day. Expensive and of no quality.
