★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente terrível, trabalho de home office estou sem internet dês das 08h da manhã, já mandei mensagem já liguei pra todos os numeros sem qualquer resposta do provedor e continuo sem internet sem nenhuma resposta é estou perdendo um dia de trabalho por isso, se eu pudesse das 0 daria...vou denunciar ao Procon esse total descaso com o cliente.
Simply terrible, work from home office I have no internet since 8 am, I already sent a message I already called all numbers without any response from the provider and I still have no internet without any answer I am missing a day at work so if I could from 0 would give ... I will report to Procon this total neglect with the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu pago um pacote de 50 megas e não recebo 1 mega tenho 2 pontos com ele aí fui cancela hoje os pontos já tenho 1 ano , aí eu não pedi p renova meu contrato eles renova sem sua permissão eu vou p procon pq não assinei nada p renova me falaro que foi renovada automático mais isso não pode
I pay for a package of 50 megs and I don't get 1 meg I have 2 points with it then I cancel the points today I have 1 year so I didn't ask for it to renew my contract they renew it without your permission I go to procon because I didn't sign anything p renews tell me it was renewed automatic but it cant

E o cliente tem que ficar preso por 1 ano por questões contratuais.
You hire x amount of MB and don't receive half.
And the customer has to be jailed for 1 year for contractual issues.
