★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São suspeitos de "traffic shaping" ou modelagem de dados (velocidade de download oscila muito longe do plano contratado)..quando a conexão está muito ruim limitam seu acesso a testes de conexão e quando você vai reclamar na central de suporte também tiram seu acesso a central de suporte (que é seu por DIREITO) , sem falar que raramente atendem telefone além de marcar visita e não cumprir com o combinado ..oferecem netflix grátis por 2 meses no panfleto de venda mas somente na contratação do plano te avisam que netflix é somente para os planos acima de 15 Megabits ou seja.. pura propaganda enganosa!!
They are suspected of "traffic shaping" or data modeling (download speed fluctuates very far from the contracted plan) .. when the connection is very bad they limit your access to connection tests and when you complain at the support center they also remove your access the support center (which is yours by RIGHT), not to mention that they rarely answer the phone besides making an appointment and not meeting the agreement .. they offer free netflix for 2 months in the sales flyer but only when hiring the plan warn you that netflix it is only for plans above 15 Megabits ie pure misleading advertising !!

ela vem com mais megas do que o contratado.
e sobre o telefone com ramal.
excelente,é só ligar lá e escolher entre os ramis disponiveis o setor que deseja falar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não existe suporte técnico quando o sistema cai. O atendimento eletrônico (gravação) é de péssima qualidade e jamais consegui falar no suporte nos finais de semana. Apesar de ficar sem internet em finais de semana e demais madrugadas, o Depto. Financeiro jamais deixou de cobrar o valor integral, não dão desconto pelo período que não forneceram serviço. Portanto, nota mínima .
