A gerente da loja é mal educada...disse pra mim como gerente está fazendo um favor de me atender ... então ela não para na loja ... fica sempre ausente .. fui duas vezes na loja e ela nunca está ... liguei na loja pra cancelar uma compra e ela não estava novamente ... ou seja não existe gerente presente nessa loja... somente as vendedoras ... fiquei mais de uma hora para fazer o cancelamento da venda ... criaram dificuldade pra cancelar a venda ... passei um stress e aborrecimento ... um lugar desse onde o atendimento é péssimo não volto mais ... pra vender elas fazem um sorriso falso ... mas pra resolver um cancelamento de vendas criam dificuldades e mal educadas ... obtive constrangimento e humilhação...como cliente me senti Lesada !!!!
Good product but the terrible service !!!
The store manager is rude ... she said to me as a manager she is doing me a favor ... so she doesn't stop at the store ... is always absent .. I went twice in the store and she's never I called in the store to cancel a purchase and she was not again ... ie there is no manager present in this store ... only the sellers ... I spent more than an hour to cancel the sale ... created difficulty for. cancel the sale ... I went through stress and boredom ... a place like this where the service is terrible I don't come back ... to sell they make a fake smile ... but to solve a sales cancellation create difficulties and rude ... I got embarrassment and humiliation ... as a client I felt injured !!!!
