★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na loja unidade parque Dom Pedro shopping. Estava provando um modelo (sem meu sapato e com o modelo na mão) veio o vendedor e retirou de minha mão para mostrar a outro cliente. Sem pedir sequer licença. O motivo? Porque não estava bem vestida. Não estava cheia de penduricalhos como o outro cliente. E pasmem: sou engenheira e diretora na empresa onde trabalho, apesar de não estar tão bem vestida, aos olhos do tal vendedor. E mesmo que fosse desempregada ou estivesse com a roupa rasgada, a obrigação do vendendo é tratar bem o cliente e da loja, treinar os vendedores para que o julgamento pela aparência exterior não os condene.
Não recomendo a loja. Infelizmente, passar dos modelos serem lindos.
Falei frente a frente com a gerente, a mesma se desculpou mas, sequer o chamou para uma conversa. Uma pena que situações como esta ocorram. Lamentável.
I was at the Parque Dom Pedro shopping unit store. I was trying on a model (without my shoe and with the model in hand) the seller came and took it from my hand to show it to another customer. Without even asking permission. The reason? Because I wasn't dressed well. It wasn't full of trinkets like the other customer. And it's amazing: I'm an engineer and director at the company where I work, despite not being so well dressed, in the eyes of that salesperson. And even if she was unemployed or had her clothes torn, the seller's obligation is to treat the customer and the store well, to train the sellers so that the judgment of their outward appearance does not condemn them.
I don't recommend the store. Unfortunately, passing models to be beautiful.
I spoke face to face with the manager, she apologized but didn't even call him for a conversation. A pity that situations like this occur. Unfortunate.
