★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima, o atendimento foi horrível , me deram prazo de três dias, já se passaram 12 dias e o pedido de duas almofadas não ficou pronto- um pedido simples, imagine se indico pra empresa onde trabalho? Não dão satisfação mesmo com todos os seus contatos (email, watsapp, celular, telefone residencial) e quando minha mãe, uma senhora, foi à loja cobrar o pedido, deram um novo prazo que não foi atendido. Quando liguei novamente foram grosseiros.
Nunca faça uma encomenda neste lugar.
Bad experience, the service was horrible, I was given three days, 12 days have passed and the order for two pillows is not ready- a simple order, imagine if I recommend to the company where I work? They do not give satisfaction even with all their contacts (email, watsapp, cell phone, home phone) and when my mother, a lady, went to the store to collect the order, they gave a new deadline that was not met. When I called again they were rude.
Never place an order in this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um péssimo atendimento. E eles não são responsáveis com os pedidos. Fiz um pedido e falei o prazo com o horário que iria buscar, quando cheguei lá nem tinham começado a fazer. As atendentes são muito arrogantes.
Não índico. E só estou dando um estrela pq não tem a opção de zero estrela. E ainda me bloquearam no whatsapp pq reclamei do horário que foram me entregar o pedido.
A bad service. And they are not responsible with orders. I made an order and told the deadline with the time I would get it, when I got there they hadn't even started to make it. The attendants are very arrogant.
Not Indian. And I'm just giving you one star because you don't have the zero star option. And they even blocked me on whatsapp because I complained about the time they were delivering the order.
