★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entendo que a pandemia dificulta muita coisa, mas é totalmente irresponsável deixar alguém que foi fazer um exame que precisava estar em jejum de 12h, e que estava marcado para as 9h, ficar até às 13h da tarde sem poder ingerir qualquer alimento, e sem sequer perguntar se a pessoa teria algum problema sobre tempo em jejum. Minha mãe, pré diabética precisou passar por isso, inclusive com tivemos que lidar com a rispidez do pessoal do atendimento quando fomos questionar a respeito de como funcionava o atendimento. Enfim, péssimo.
I understand that the pandemic makes it very difficult, but it is totally irresponsible to let someone who went for an exam that needed to be fasting for 12pm, and who was scheduled for 9am, stay until 1pm without being able to eat any food, and without even ask if the person would have any problem about fasting time. My pre-diabetic mother had to go through this, including how we had to deal with the harshness of the care staff when we went to question how the care worked. Anyway, lousy.
