Respondendo o comentário da equipe do ipatingao,eu não moro em ipatinga é o vendedor sabia que eu ia passar apenas para pegar a peça,mas como sempre a culpa é da gente.Mas como a equipe sabe esse foi só um dos problemas que tive com a loja.
Mas como falei agora conheci a Frio Vale Refrigeração, tem um ótimo atendimento,preço, e me ajudou com a placa.
O objetivo da minha avaliação é disser qual foi minha experiência com a loja.
Bad experience! Poor service, they take a long time to service. The machine didn't have a sample plate, so I showed the photo and they sold me a plate of another model, more expensive, when I complained I said they couldn't change it. I lost 170 reais.
Responding to the comment of the ipatingao team, I don't live in ipatinga, the seller knew that I was going to stop by just to get the part, but as always, it's our fault. But as the team knows, this was just one of the problems I had with the store.
But as I said now I met Frio Vale Refrigeração, they have great service, price, and they helped me with the sign.
The purpose of my evaluation is to tell you what my experience with the store was.
