★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um contrato de locação temporária por 3 meses. E o meu filho morou nele por menos de 2 meses.
Na hora da vistoria o rapaz comentou sobre a pintura do apartamento e foi questionado, ele respondeu que iria fazer só alguns reparos se houvesse necessidade.
Para minha surpresa quando veio a fatura da entrega do imóvel me cobraram a pintura do apartamento por completo inclusive do teto.
E quando eu questionei a cobrança a resposta foi que estava no contrato.
I signed a temporary lease for 3 months. And my son lived in it for less than 2 months.
At the time of the inspection, the boy commented on the painting of the apartment and was asked, he replied that he would only make some repairs if necessary.
To my surprise, when the bill for the delivery of the property came, they charged me to paint the apartment completely, including the ceiling.
And when I questioned the charge the answer was that it was in the contract.
