A empresa me vendeu o produto pedido: BATERIA MOURA. Porém, mandou o motoboy entregar uma bateria totalmente desconhecida, totalmente em desacordo com o pedido.
Comprei pelo preço oferecido pela loja. Quem põe o preço é o vendedor e não o comprador.
Agora, vender uma coisa e entregar outra, não é nada correto!!!
Tenho testemunha do fato, que constatou a entrega de produto diverso do realmente adquirido!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me senti constrangido com a insistência de colocar uma bateria da qual eu não conhecia a marca.e acabei colocando a bateria Moura,a primeira vez que troquei a bateria ali há três anos atrás não tive nenhum problema,foi ótimo,mas infelizmente não retorno a essa loja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizeram a troca da Bateria, a mesma parou de funcionar na mesma semana. Alegaram que foi problema no meu carro. Não foi. Sem fuga de corrente e o carro carregando normal... Tive que me virar numa nova carga pois não se dispuseram a me ajudar. Decepcionada! Era cliente agora nunca mais eu piso nessa loja.
They changed the battery, it stopped working in the same week. They claimed it was a problem with my car. It was not. No current leakage and the car charging normally... I had to turn to a new load because they weren't willing to help me. Disappointed! I was a customer now I will never step foot in this store again.
