★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra vender é uma beleza , pra dar suporte pós venda são péssimos , nem watsapp se dão o trabalho de responder , se quiser fazer manutenção ou saber de algo relacionado , vc terá que ir pessoalmente e implorar para ser atendido .
Não recomendo a ninguém !
To sell is a beauty , to provide after sales support they are terrible , not even watsapp bother to answer , if you want to do maintenance or know something related , you will have to go in person and beg to be attended .
I don't recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, não sei se por eu estar com uma roupa mais simples o atendimento tenha sido tão ruim. A loja tem de tudo, ótimas bicicletas e peças, só que o atendimento e com menosprezo, eu estava afim de compra a bike ali, depois da experiência horrível que tive nunca mais volto ali, fui até outra loja a Arena bikes e outro nível de atendimento.
Terrible service, I don't know if because I was wearing simpler clothes, the service was so bad. The store has everything, great bikes and parts, but the service and with contempt, I was in the mood to buy the bike there, after the horrible experience I had I will never go back there, I went to another store to Arena bikes and another level of attendance.
