★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não respeitam o prazo passado para o cliente. Deixei minha bike lá na sexta, me ofereceram para pegar no dia seguinte, mas resolvi pegar na segunda a tarde para dar tempo do serviço ser realizado e eu não passar pelo desprazer de chegar lá e não estar pronto.
Pois foi exatamente o que aconteceu, cheguei na segunda às 17 horas para retirar a bike e não tinham nem encostado nela. Falaram que fariam na hora , para eu não precisar estornar o dinheiro, mas o serviço demoraria em torno de 01 hora para ficar pronto.
Me devolveram o dinheiro e trouxe minha bike a pé embora.
Na minha avaliação isso se chama falta de respeito e empatia com o cliente que está contratando o serviço.
 They do not respect the deadline passed to the client. I left my bike there on Friday, they offered to pick it up the next day, but I decided to pick it up on Monday afternoon to allow time for the service to be done and I did not go through the displeasure of getting there and not being ready.
Because that's exactly what happened, I arrived on Monday at 5 pm to remove the bike and they hadn't even touched it. They said they would do it on time, so I don't have to refund the money, but the service would take around 01 hour to get ready.
They gave me the money back and brought my bike on foot.
In my opinion, this is called lack of respect and empathy with the client who is hiring the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive a experiência de comprar 2 bikes já nesta loja. O atendimento foi pronto e atencioso. Pude notar que algumas pessoas são muito mal educadas e querem ser atendidas de imediato. Sem se importar se tem gente na frente. Teve um rapaz q chegou lá para arrumar a bike e nem quis saber se eu estava na frente já foi logo tomando a vez e exigindo atendimento. Deixei ser atendido de boa e continuei minha compra. As vezes as pessoas descem o pau nos locais mas nao se dão conta do quanto são mal educadas também.... apenas relatando o ocorrido e expondo e respeitando as opiniões diversas... Eu particularmente gosto do local.
I had the experience of buying 2 bikes already in this store. The service was prompt and attentive. I noticed that some people are very rude and want to be attended to immediately. No matter if there are people in the front. There was a guy who got there to fix the bike and he didn't even want to know if I was in front, he immediately took his turn and demanded service. I left to be attended to of good and continued my purchase. Sometimes people descend the stick in the places but they do not realize how badly educated they are too ... just reporting what happened and exposing and respecting the different opinions ... I particularly like the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, estive na loja para fazer um orçamento e conhecer a linha de produtos, fui atendido por um garoto que por sinal não sabia nada, toda hora tinha que perguntar para o que me pareceu o dono.
Senti uma total falta de interesse do rapaz que estava no balcão em me atender, parece que estava fazendo um favor.
Ouvir falar muito da loja, e por isso resolvi conhece-la, infelizmente no site do fabricante, cita a loja como revendedor da marca, porém vou procurar outra loja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nakashima para mim, é orgulho, lá comprei minha primeira bike em 1986, uma Caloi barra forte, hoje conheci o Alex, neto dos fundadores da loja em Mogi, cara conhecedor de bike, ótima pessoa entende a necessidade do cliente, orienta sem querer empurrar vendas... Preços justo ...
