Fiz um pedido pelo ifood, às 20:40 e minha entrega estava prevista para 21:35, deu 15 min de atraso, entrei em contato e disseram que houve um imprevisto e que teria um pequeno atraso, fui compreensível e aceitei sem problemas, pequeno atraso esse que se passou mais de 1hora depois da minha reclamação e meu pedido não chegou, geral aqui com fome, pois o pedido foi feito de 20:40 e não chegou! Logo depois meu pedido foi cancelado e nenhuma resposta do restaurante, total falta de respeito com o consumidor, sem falar que me seguraram tanto que deu 23:00 e a maioria dos restaurantes fecharam, me impossibilitando de comprar em outro restaurante, não recomendo isso para ninguém!

Soon after my order was canceled and no response from the restaurant, total lack of respect with the consumer, not to mention that they held me so much that it was 11:00 pm and most restaurants closed, making it impossible for me to buy at another restaurant, I do not recommend this for nobody!
