 I had to change an iPhone charger twice, but the second time I was attended to with total neglect and in the end, the attendant did not make the change.

They close 20 minutes before the time announced on Google and on the iplace website. If you go there with that time off, you miss the trip.

With problems you are told to go to Iguatemi, when you are here they tell you to CALL a number and talk about your problem.i told them that I don't speak Portugese. their answer is always very unpleasant ! I think there should be a somebody that speaks English . Again, an unpleasant service from this shop !!
