★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei com credito para remarcação de um pacote em função da pandemia, e fui informado por inúmeras vezes de que a Azul honraria com possiveis diferenças tarifárias se eu mantivesse as mesmas condições do pacote original. Na hora que fui remarcar, mudaram o discurso e disseram que eu teria que pagar a diferença (mais que o dobro do crédito que tinha). Mesmo tendo áudios da atendente enfatizando que eu não teria que arcar com qualquer diferença em dinheiro, eles simplesmente ignoraram os registros que tenho e não me deram mais nenhuma solução. MUITO CUIDADO ao fazerem negócio com esta agência.
I got credit for rescheduling a package due to the pandemic, and I was informed numerous times that Azul would honor with possible tariff differences if I kept the same conditions as the original package. When I went to reschedule, they changed the speech and said I would have to pay the difference (more than double the credit I had). Even though I had audios from the attendant emphasizing that I wouldn't have to pay any difference in money, they simply ignored the records I have and didn't give me any more solution. BE VERY CAREFUL when doing business with this agency.
