Meu celular veio com defeito, o funcionário alem de me atender com má vontade me disse pra ligar na central de atendimento Apple pra resolver meu problema. Depois de ligar no SAC, me disseram que era pra solicitar uma reparação do meu iPhone na loja, o vendedor então me disse que não trabalhavam com reparação e só havia assistência autorizada em Campinas-SP. Uma cliente que estava na loja que me informou que havia uma autorizada Apple em Ribeirão Preto (Micro Imports).
 First time I was poorly attended by an Apple representative. My cell phone came defective, the employee in addition to answering me with ill will told me to call the Apple call center to solve my problem. After calling SAC, I was told that it was to request a repair of my iPhone at the store, the seller then told me that they did not work with repair and that there was only authorized assistance in Campinas-SP. A customer who was at the store who informed me that there was an Apple authorized store in Ribeirão Preto (Micro Imports).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento, mantendo a qualidade e padrão das demais iPlace espalhadas por aí. Possuem todos os produtos da Apple e oferecem a opção de troca por um aparelho novo, fornecendo seu antigo, porém o preço que dão no seu aparelho não compensa.
Great service, maintaining the quality and standard of the other iPlace spread around. They have all Apple products and offer the option to exchange for a new device, supplying your old one, but the price they give on your device does not pay.

Estive na Iplace do Iguatemi de Ribeirão Pretopara levar meu iPhone para consertar a tela e eles me orientaram que esse serviço era prestado no Ribeirão Shopping. Eu solicitei se não podia deixar com eles por estar em viagem com toda a família e não poder perder tempo. O vendedor, solícito, ligou para a outra loja para tentar me ajudar e a vendedora debochou e ficou dando risada da minha demanda. O que ela não sabia é que estava no viva voz e eu ouvindo tudo. Estou perplexa e extremamente aborrecida com o ocorrido. Sem contar que estou sem celular e isso irá comprometer meu trabalho.
I have been an Iplace customer for over 7 years. I was at Iplace do Iguatemi in Ribeirão Preto to take my iPhone to fix the screen and they told me that this service was provided at Ribeirão Shopping. I asked if I couldn't leave with them because I was traveling with the whole family and couldn't waste time. The solicitous salesperson called the other store to try to help me, and the saleswoman mocked and laughed at my demand. What she didn't know was that she was on speaker and me listening to everything. I am perplexed and extremely upset by what happened. Not to mention that I have no cell phone and that will compromise my work.

Atendentes do turno da noite mal humorados, uma tal de Giovana q nem e da loja super grossa, meu cabo com 3 anos garantia q está funcionando mal, o cabo está em ótimo estado e não querem trocar, não tem a nota fiscal guardada no sistema, ainda bem que eu guardei ela por mais de dois anos, detalhe q isso é grime né haha
Resumo, não comprem nada lá, comprem online que é muito melhor e mais barato, LIXO de lojinha
Terrible! Grumpy night shift attendants, a Giovana girl who isn't from the super thick store, my cable with 3 years warranty is not working properly, the cable is in great condition and they don't want to change it, she doesn't have the invoice stored in the system , I'm glad I kept it for more than two years, detail that this is grime, right haha
Summary, don't buy anything there, buy it online which is much better and cheaper, shop trash
