★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Mais de 2 hs de espera para 1 radiografia panorâmica. Fecharam o atendimento antes do horário correto e diversos clientes reclamando na recepção. Falta de informação e consideração com os clientes. Não indico!
 Terrible attendance. More than 2 hours of waiting for 1 panoramic radiograph. They closed the service before the correct time and several customers complaining at the reception. Lack of information and consideration for customers. I don't indicate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a unidade Brasil para realização de uma radiografia panorâmica; venho ressaltar o excelente trabalho e atendimento da recepção josenilda me atendeu com muita gentileza e empatia, o atendimento lá dentro também foi sensacional e rápido fui atendida pelo o moço muito simpático Rafael recomendo essa unidade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na unidade foi ótimo, atenderam no horário e foram muito profissionais. Já o atendimento por telefone para marcar exame é péssimo, dá vontade de desistir.
The service at the unit was great, they answered on time and were very professional. The phone service to schedule an exam is terrible, it makes you want to give up.

Fui marcada para realizar meus exames na unidade da Rebouças, cheguei lá no horário e após mais de 20 minutos de espera o atendente me comunicou que eu não poderia ser atendida lá e deveria trocar de unidade. Estava chovendo e eu estava de bicicleta, peguei chuva e chegando na outra ainda esperei mais de 50 minutos pelo atendimento! Isso tudo porque primeiramente autorizaram meu na outra. Ainda tive que pagar $35,00 por um exame que previamente não foi dito que não era coberto pelo convênio. DESRESPEITOSOS. NÃO FAÇAM EXAMES NESTA EMPRESA.
Apesar do TOTAL DESCASO dos atendentes e dos responsáveis pela marcação de exames, os responsáveis pelos procedimentos de raio-x, foto e molde são gentis.
Extremely disrespectful to patients! I was scheduled to take my exams at the Rebouças unit, I arrived there on time and after more than 20 minutes of waiting, the attendant informed me that I could not be seen there and would have to change units. It was raining and I was on a bike, I caught the rain and arriving at the other one I still waited more than 50 minutes for the service! This is all because they first authorized mine on the other. I still had to pay $35.00 for an exam that was previously not said to be not covered by the insurance. DISrespectful. DO NOT TAKE SURVEYS AT THIS COMPANY.
Despite the TOTAL NEGLIGENCE of the attendants and those responsible for scheduling exams, those responsible for the procedures of x-ray, photo and mold are kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO INDICO!!!! RECEPCIONISTA LAIS SEM ÉTICA, PROFISSIONALISMO E EMPATIA!!!! ALÉM DE SER SUPER LOTADO!!!!! E ME NEGOU A NOTA FISCAL DISSE QUE ENVIARÁ EM 5 DIAS(ESTOU FAZENDO RECLAMAÇÃO NO PROCON POR SONEGAR MEU DIREITO)
Hoje dia14/05/2022 10:00hs. no laboratório junto do meu esposo, pegamos uma senha para sermos atendidos, porém após a recepcionista fazer a ficha do meu esposo, faria em seguida a minha ficha para atendimento, afinal, aguardamos para sermos atendidos e estamos juntos, entretanto, ela disse que eu teria de pegar outra senha e justificou que é por ela estar sozinha na recepção e se tivesse mais outra funcionária ela poderia atender, disse a ela que não tenho culpa pela falta de funcionários da empresa onde ela trabalha.
UM ABSURDO!!!!! TOTAL FALTA DE ÉTICA E PROFISSIONALISMO!!! COMO NECESSITO DO EXAME COM URGÊNCIA ACABEI RETIRANDO OUTRA SENHA E AGUARDEI, FUI CHAMADA PARA FAZER A FICHA EXATAMENTE AS 11:04hs.
MUITO CUIDADO COM ESTE LUGAR!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente, cheguei por volta das 12h30, pouquíssimo movimento, só havia eu e mais uma moça, a secretária foi muito atenciosa, foi necessário ligar para o convênio para fazer uma verificação e ela ligou e se informou para me orientar. Após fazer minha ficha já fui chamada para fazer a panorâmica, fui novamente atendida muito bem por outro profissional, foi super rápido, levou menos de 5 minutos para me entregar a imagem. O atendimento todo durou exatamente 30 minutos, ótimo.
Excellent service, I arrived around 12:30 pm, very little movement, there was only me and one other girl, the secretary was very attentive, it was necessary to call the insurance company to make a check and she called and informed me to guide me. After making my file I was called to do the panoramic, I was again very well attended by another professional, it was super fast, it took less than 5 minutes to deliver the image. The entire service lasted exactly 30 minutes, great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui num sábado com hora marcada. O consultório estava cheio, fui atendida no horário certo, a funcionária que fez a panorâmica foi muito delicada e educada. Mas dou 4 estrelas porque várias pessoas pareciam estar esperando há muito mais tempo para serem chamadas (não sei se foram sem marcar horário). Tem poucas vagas para estacionar em frente ao consultório.
I went on a Saturday by appointment. The office was full, I was seen at the right time, the employee who did the panoramic was very polite and polite. But I give it 4 stars because several people seemed to have been waiting much longer to be called (I don't know if they went without an appointment). There are few parking spaces in front of the office.
