★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queria comprar um 556. Liguei , me falaram que iam mandar os modelos pelo wattsapp. Aguardei o dia todo, e nada . Após mais 03 tentativas , com atendentes diferentes , todas fizeram a mesma coisa, Pegam seu telefone, E falam que vão mandar , e não mandam!! Desisti . Confirmado o que todos falam . Atendimento da Isa é péssimo
 I wanted to buy a 556. I called, they told me they were going to send the models through wattsapp. I waited all day, and nothing. After 03 more attempts, with different attendants, they all did the same thing, They take their phone, And they say they will send it, and they don't!! I gave up. Confirmed what everyone says. Isa's service is terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma arma no clube pra poder ficar usando lá até sair a documentação,,, sem nenhum aviso prévio fecharam as pistas de tiro para reforma e já se passaram 4 meses e toda vez que ligo pra me informar dizem que vai mais uns 10 a 15 dias,,, se fosse uma residência, ou algo do tipo eu entendia, mas uma coisa que só tem as paredes rebocadas e contrapiso simples não tem explicação tanta demora, comecei a construção de dois salões em um terreno vazio, tirei vários caminhões de terra e já bati laje no meu salão , ainda tive que fazer uma imensa estrutura e muro de arrima,,, e uma simples reforma não conseguem finalizar, paguei anuidade como sócio e não estou conseguindo usar nem o clube e nem minha arma,,, indignado,,,,
I bought a gun at the club to be able to use it there until the documentation comes out,,, without any prior notice they closed the shooting ranges for renovation and it's been 4 months and every time I call to inform me they say it's going to be another 10 to 15 days,,, if it was a residence, or something like that I understood, but something that only has plastered walls and simple subfloor has no explanation so long, I started the construction of two halls in an empty lot, I took several trucks of dirt and I already knocked the slab in my hall, I still had to make a huge structure and retaining wall,,, and a simple renovation can't finish, I paid an annual fee as a member and I'm not able to use either the club or my weapon,,, outraged ,,,,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde o primeiro atendimento, até a compra e a filiação. Tudo desorganizado. Não recomendo. Logo que minha documentação estiver em mãos retiro minha arma do arsenal deles. E não volto. Descaso total com quem está presencialmente. Bom senso passa bem longe de lá. Clube tem por finalidade treino, lazer e ser um ambiente agradável. Isso vc não encontra nessa loja.
From the first service, to purchase and membership. All disorganized. I do not recommend. As soon as my documentation is in hand, I remove my weapon from their arsenal. And I won't. Total disregard for those who are in person. Common sense goes a long way from there. The purpose of the club is training, leisure and being a pleasant environment. You can't find this in this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior impossível. A Loja toda arruma, tudo muito bonito, os funcionários todos uniformizados, mas o atendimento PÉSSIMO.
Entrei as 10:48 peguei a senha P 01 , eu disse 01 , depois de uns 10 minutos perguntei quem poderia me atender, pediram para aguardar, as 11:17 eu desisti e fui embora. Detalhe eu disse oq precisa para uma atendente ( peças que fui comprar ). Aparência não é tudo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para comprar os produtos deles, somos tratados como reis. O atendimento pós compra é péssimo. Depois de mais de 6 meses sofrendo com as burocracias do exército para emissão de documentos, agora estou sofrendo com a falta de respeito pelo cliente por parte dos funcionários da loja. Há 15 dias esperando um documento ser emitido, que por e-mail falaram que demora 3 dias. E tanto por whatsapp quanto por telefone (quando te atendem depois de 20 minutos de espera), tratam o cliente pessimamente.
To buy their products, we are treated like kings. After purchase service is terrible. After more than 6 months suffering from the army's bureaucracy for issuing documents, now I'm suffering from the lack of respect for the customer on the part of the store employees. There are 15 days waiting for a document to be issued, which by email they said it takes 3 days. And both by whatsapp and by phone (when they answer you after 20 minutes of waiting), they treat the customer badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei 3 vezes... Entrei em contato via Whats app e falei com 3 pessoas diferentes no intuito de me afiliar.
Nunca conseguia finalizar e concretizar afiliação, antes de finalizar sempre deixavam de responder e sumiam... Tentava chamar e continuar o contato e nada de responderem... Um total DESCASO !!!!
O ultimo falei com um cara quem inclusive pegou todooos meus dados que foi o mais longe que consegui ir, pedi a conta bancaria 2 vezes... Ele nao me passava, por fim sumiu pela segunda vez... E eu até dou graças a Deus por não ter conseguido concretizar a afiliação, honestamente se o Stand leva seus clientes com essa seriedade ZERO imagino que teria feito um péssimo negócio.... Precisa melhorar muito p ficar ruin !!!

I called 3 times... I got in touch via Whats app and spoke to 3 different people in order to join.
I was never able to finalize and establish affiliation, before finalizing they always stopped responding and disappeared... I tried to call and continue the contact and no answer... A total DISCASE!!!!
The last one I talked to a guy who even took all my data that went as far as I could go, I asked for the bank account 2 times... He didn't let me know, finally he disappeared for the second time... And I even give thanks to God for not having managed to make the affiliation, honestly if the Stand takes its customers with that ZERO seriousness I imagine it would have made a bad deal.... It needs to improve a lot to be bad !!!

Em julho de 2021 comprei uma Imbel MD2 GC + o que eles chamam de combo ISA "furada" para tirar o CR como CAC, nesse "combo" incluía o despachante, 1 ano de afiliação ao clube (QUE ESTÁ A DESDE JANEIRO EM REFORMA SEM PODER UTILIZAR A PISTA "PIADA"), laudo psicológico e laudo de tiro, inicialmente demoraram 6 MESES PARA ME ENVIAR OS VAUCHERS DA PSICÓLOGA KAKAKAKAKA
Agora estão me enrolando com isso da reforma que preciso "fazer o laudo de tiro na própria ISA".
EU ESTOU A 4 MESES ESPERANDO A BEL PRAZER COM MEU PROCESSO EXTREMAMENTE ATRASADO PQ VOCÊS ESTÃO EM REFORMA?
SÉRIO DICA A TODO MUNDO, NUNCA COMPRE OU FAÇA QUALQUER DOCUMENTAÇÃO COM ESSA LOJA.
Faltam 2 meses para fazer aniversário o processo que paguei para tirar o CAC com vocês, vou levar um bolo aí na loja para comemorar a falta de respeito com cliente ?

In July 2021 I bought an Imbel MD2 GC + what they call a "punched" ISA combo to take the CR as CAC, in this "combo" it included the dispatcher, 1 year of club affiliation (WHICH HAS BEEN RENOVATING SINCE JANUARY WITHOUT TO BE ABLE TO USE THE "JAKE" TRACK), psychological report and shooting report, initially it took 6 MONTHS TO SEND ME THE VAUCHERS FROM PSYCHOLOGIST KAKAKAKAKA
Now I'm being tangled up with the reform that I need to "make the shot report at the ISA itself".
I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR 4 MONTHS FOR BEL PRAZER WITH MY EXTREMELY LATE PROCESS WHY ARE YOU REFORMING?
SERIOUS TIP TO EVERYONE, NEVER BUY OR MAKE ANY DOCUMENTATION WITH THIS STORE.
There are 2 months left to celebrate the anniversary of the process I paid to take the CAC with you, I'm going to take a cake there at the store to celebrate the lack of respect with the customer ?
