★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um Relógio lá e ao realizar o ajuste eles estragaram e arranharam alguns elos do relógio, voltei pra reclamar e solicitar a troca do elo estragado por um dos elos em bom estado que foram retirados e ela disse que era assim mesmo que não tinha como reduzir a pulseira sem estragar. Por fim depois de muita insistência ela levou para trocar o elo e mesmo assim não ficou 100%.
I bought a Watch there and when making the adjustment they spoiled and scratched some links of the watch, I went back to complain and request the exchange of the damaged link for one of the links in good condition that were removed and she said that it was like that there was no way to reduce the bracelet without spoiling. Finally, after much insistence, she took to change the link and even then it was not 100%.
