★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 23/11 comprei um portão de garagem em aço carbono para ser instalado na casa da minha mãe, foi combinado o prazo de 10 dias úteis, a entrega foi atrasada em um dia, mas valeu a pena. Um portão de ótima qualidade e muito bem acabado, pintura feita pela Estruturas Que Decoram ficou impecável. Agradeço aos responsáveis pela obra.
On 11/23, I bought a garage door in carbon steel to be installed in my mother's house, a period of 10 working days was agreed, delivery was delayed by one day, but it was worth it. A gate of great quality and very well finished, painting done by Estruturas Que Decoram was impeccable. I thank those responsible for the work.

No 04 de abril de 2017 minha mãe acordou com a empresa IME a entrega completa do serviço e produtos discriminados na nota anexo(1) com previsão para entrega dia 30 de abril de 2017, após a primeira data não ser cumprida pela contratada por alegaram que o atraso foi devido incompetência do fornecedor dos vidros e nos solicitaram dilação do prazo até o dia 10 de maio de 2017, como necessitamos do produto e o pagamento já havia sido realizado, abrimos mão para o novo prazo.
No dia 10/05 conforme 2º prazo solicitado pelo prestador, chegaram em nossa residência para entregar/instalar menos de 50% do serviço contratado, instalando somente o “Guarda Corpo de Inox” anexo(2), utilizando mais uma vez o discurso de atraso do fornecedor do vidro, mais uma vez, abrimos nova exceção para que o serviço fosse entregue no próximo dia 19 de maio de 2017(hoje), SERVIÇO NÃO ENTREGUE E OUTRA VEZ UTILIZANDO O DISCURSO SOBRE ATRASO DO FORNECEDOR.
Sempre com essa desculpa nos pediram para aguardar até o dia 23 de maio que eles prometiam entregar o serviço, onde eu chegaria a noite do serviço e encontraria o produto instalado, MENTIRA NOVAMENTE, colocaram os vidros no guarda corpo e mais uma vez por incompetência da empresa levaram o armário que tínhamos solicitado fumê, transparente.
Até a data de Hoje dia 09 de junho de 2017 ás 15hrs, venho encaminhando e-mails para empresa pedindo posicionamento da instalação do armário e ajuste de um vidro que ficou fora do esquadro.
A empresa não se pronuncia de forma eficiente e clara para seu cliente, afirmam pegar obras de R$100.000,00 que coisa pequena eles tiram de letra, mais não é isso que tem demonstrado com seus clientes.
DETALHE: O pagamento foi realizado da seguinte forma (anexo1):
- 50% de entrada à vista no valor de R$1.600,00
- 50% no cartão de créditos em 3X de R$533,33
- Fazendo um somatório de R$3.200,00 (Três mil e Duzentos reais)
Todo esse processo inclusive de ligações diárias e encaminhamento de e-mails para empresa, trouxe insatisfação e falta de compromisso ferindo assim o direito do consumidor.
Aguardo um posicionamento instituição para que possamos solucionar a situação .

On April 4, 2017 my mother agreed with the company IME to deliver the complete service and products detailed in the attached note (1) with delivery scheduled for April 30, 2017, after the first date was not met by the contractor because they claimed that the delay was due to incompetence from the glass supplier and we were asked to extend the deadline until May 10, 2017, as we needed the product and the payment had already been made, we waived the new term.
On 05/10 as the 2nd deadline requested by the provider, they arrived at our residence to deliver / install less than 50% of the contracted service, installing only the attached “Stainless Steel Guard” (2), using the delay speech again. from the glass supplier, once again, we made a new exception for the service to be delivered on May 19, 2017 (today), SERVICE DOESN'T DELIVER AND AGAIN USING THE SUPPLIER DELAY SPEECH.
Always with that excuse, we were asked to wait until May 23 that they promised to deliver the service, where I would arrive the night of the service and find the installed product, LIE AGAIN, put the glass in the guardrail and again because of the incompetence of the company took the cabinet that we had requested smoked, transparent.
Up to Today's date on June 9, 2017 at 3pm, I have been forwarding emails to the company asking for the placement of the cabinet installation and adjustment of a glass that was outside the square.
The company does not pronounce itself efficiently and clearly to its client, they claim to take works of R $ 100,000.00, which is a small thing they take from the letter, but that is not what they have demonstrated with their clients.
DETAIL: The payment was made as follows (Annex 1):
- 50% of down payment in the amount of R $ 1,600.00
- 50% credit card in 3X of R $ 533.33
- Making a sum of R $ 3,200.00 (Three thousand and two hundred reais)
This whole process, including daily calls and forwarding e-mails to the company, brought dissatisfaction and lack of commitment, thus violating the consumer's right.
I await an institution positioning so that we can resolve the situation.
