Foi oferecido retirar na loja ou com frete, escolhi o frete pois não disponho de meios para transportar. Ao chegar no condomínio de casas em que moro, o porteiro solicitou que levasse na minha residência pois o produto tem pesos e dimensões inadequadas para ser retirado em portaria porém a transportadora se negou. Informou que tinha muitas entregas para realizar e se não recebesse iria dar como tentativa infrutífera. Como o porteiro é novo, cedeu e recebeu. Solicitei apoio à ISP e esta disse que a culpa era exclusiva do porteiro, que a transportadora nada fez de errado e que nada poderia fazer pelo cliente.
Terrible attendance. I had a problem with the delivery of a piece of furniture (heavy item and with more than 2m in length). It was offered to pick up at the store or with freight, I chose freight as I do not have the means to transport it. Upon arriving at the condominium of houses where I live, the concierge asked me to take it to my residence as the product has inadequate weight and dimensions to be removed at the concierge, but the carrier refused. He informed that he had many deliveries to make and if he didn't receive it he would give it as a fruitless attempt. As the porter is new, he gave in and received. I requested support from the ISP and it said that the concierge was solely to blame, that the carrier did nothing wrong and that nothing could be done for the customer.
