Fui atendido rápido e sai com o serviço realizado, porém ao chegar em minha residência percebi que os botões de aumentar e diminuir o volume do meu celular estavam travados. Retornei a loja no dia seguinte e o problema foi corrigido. No dia seguinte percebi que meu celular que nunca tinha tido nenhum problema de bateria passou a apagar totalmente todas as vezes que a bateria chegava em 80%. Como trabalho viajando não tive como retornar pela segunda vez na loja pra saber o porque desse problema logo depois da troca da tela. Enfim, levei o celular para resolver um problema e acabei ficando com dois. Muito insatisfeito.
I took my cell phone to change the screen. I was assisted quickly and left with the service performed, however when I arrived at my residence I noticed that the buttons to increase and decrease the volume on my cell phone were locked. I returned to the store the next day and the problem was fixed. The next day I noticed that my cell phone that had never had any battery problem started to completely black out every time the battery reached 80%. As I work traveling, I didn't have a way to return to the store for the second time to find out why this problem occurred right after the screen was changed. Anyway, I took my cell phone to solve a problem and ended up with two. Very unsatisfied.
