In-store service, ok! Lousy delivery, lousy delivery people. No deal and no commitment. It still delivers stained and damaged product that was not in store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja totalmente despreparada para com o atendimento aos clientes que são esses que lhe mantém de portas abertas, vendedores com o clássico "papo de vendedor", te tratam como rei, lhe contam me tirar, tudo em prol de que você compre os itens da loja e quando você precisa do suporte e pós atendimento não te dão o mínimo esperado, se você como qualquer consumidor deseja um pós venda digno e não quer cair em papo de vendedor só quer ganhar meta, se dirija a qualquer loja mais próxima que não seja da laser eletro, essa foi de longe a pior experiência que já tive, você paga por algo caríssimo e eles te tratam como se te oferecessem esmola. Desça é claramente DESRESPEITO. Muito bem lhe fariam se fechassem as portas. Qualquer outra alternativa com certeza será uma melhor escolha para você, equipe totalmente despreparada.
Shop totally unprepared for customer service that keeps you open, salespeople with the classic "salesman chat", treat you like a king, tell you to take me out, all in order for you to buy items from the store and when you need support and after-service they don't give you the minimum expected, if you, like any consumer, want a decent after-sales service and don't want to fall into a sales conversation, just want to earn a goal, go to any nearest store that isn't owned by electro laser, this was by far the worst experience I've ever had, you pay for something very expensive and they treat you as if they offer you alms. Going down is clearly DISRESPECT. They would do you good if you closed the doors. Any other alternative is sure to be a better choice for you, the team is totally unprepared.

Comprei um produto veio avariado, não trocaram por alegarem que "o produto é verificado na retirada", sendo que essa verificação é feita por cima (vista grossa), cheguei em casa vi o defeito voltei no mesmo dia na loja e nao trocaram, nem se quer olharam o produto.
Loja lixo, não comprem. Serão enganados
Horrible. They don't support us. Manager debauched. I bought a product that came out of order, they did not change it because they claimed that "the product is checked at the time of withdrawal", and this check is done from the top (big view), I got home and saw the defect I returned the same day at the store and they did not change it, nor if you look at the product.
Shop trash, don't buy it. They will be deceived

Atendimento fraco, péssimo é apelido fui por duas vezes na loja e não fui abordado por ninguém, atendido por ninguém, fui para comprar mas devido ao péssimo atendimento comprei na Magazine Luiza que o atendimento foi excelente!!!
I am surprised how a company has both unprepared and lazy employees. Weak, terrible service is a nickname I went to the store twice and I was not approached by anyone, attended by anyone, I went to buy but due to the terrible service I bought at Magazine Luiza that the service was excellent !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima. Não compro nunca mais. A loja erra por vezes com seus clientes, inclusive isso foi dito pelo gerente. Vendem produtos com defeitos, defeitos que no ato da retirada são imperceptíveis pela vista grossa.
E quando você volta pra realizar a troca de um erro que veio deles. O gerente afirma que não somos nem o primeiro, nem o quinto nem o décimo cliente que vem por esse motivo. Não comprem, vocês vão se arrepender.
