★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência frustrante. A recepcionista estava fazendo a unha com uma das profissionais e sequer levantou para me receber ou orientar, falou comigo de costas. A manicure fez um serviço que deixou a desejar, machucou o canto do meu dedão, deixou a francesinha torta e esqueceu de esfoliar um dos pés (precisei pedir ao final do atendimento). Sim, elas não lixam o pé e fazem uma esfoliação que dura 3 segundos no.máximo, o que é igual a nada. Ao ir pagar descobri que eles cobram 7 reais a mais por ser francesinha, o que ninguém havia me avisado. Gastei 51 reais por um serviço e atendimento ruim. Pedi cpf na nota e a moça me fez esperar vários minutos por uma nota sem cpf, o que precisou ser novamente ser feito. Sequer prestou atenção no que eu havia pedido. Detalhe: Enquanto eu fazia a unha a moça da recepção que fazia a unha com outra colega colocou música estilo funk no celular para tocar! PÉSSIMO.
 Frustrating experience. The receptionist was doing her nails with one of the professionals and didn't even get up to receive or guide me, she spoke to me with her back turned. The manicurist performed a service that left something to be desired, hurt the corner of my toe, left the francesinha crooked and forgot to exfoliate one of her feet (I had to ask at the end of the service). Yes, they don't sand the foot and they exfoliate for a maximum of 3 seconds, which is equal to nothing. When I went to pay I found out that they charge 7 reais more for being French, which no one had told me about. I spent 51 reais for a bad service and service. I asked for a CPF in the note and the girl made me wait several minutes for a note without a CPF, which had to be done again. He didn't even pay attention to what I asked. Detail: While I was doing the nails, the lady at the reception who was doing the nails with another colleague put funk-style music on her cell phone to play! TERRIBLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento, as manicures são ótimas!!! Fazem muito bem e não demoram. Sem contar que atendem no horário agendado, sem atrasos. Vale a pena!
Good service, the manicures are great !!! They do very well and do not take long. Not to mention that they attend at the scheduled time, without delays. Worth it!

Não tem capricho ao fazer a unha não tira a cutícula direito, não limpa direito.
Esmalte velho e grosso no final.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A manicure que me atendeu é ótima, muito simpática e atenciosa, o local e bem limpinho, para fazer as unhas da mão foram cobrados 38,00 para passar no cartão, não acho caro por ser em shopping e você pode fazer as unhas assim que chega, achei que a manicure ficou com muito medo de me machucar e por isso ficou com bastante cutícula, mas valeu a experiência.
The manicurist who attended me is great, very friendly and helpful, the place is very clean, 38.00 was charged to do the nails on the hand. Enough, I thought the manicurist was very afraid of hurting me and that's why I got a lot of cuticles, but it was worth the experience.

Compareci à esmalteria no horário agendado e não havia profissional para me atender e nem mesmo uma recepcionista para me orientar. Aguardei por 15 minutos e fui embora. Mandei msg no Whatsapp e uma das profissionais que me atenderia esclareceu que eu faria a cutilagem com uma profissional, que não estava presente no horário marcado, e após a esmaltação com ela. Em nenhum momento a recepcionista, gerente ou proprietária se preocupou em justificar o ocorrido ou tentar reparar a situação. Lamentável! Não indico! Falta de comprometimento e desrespeito com o cliente!
I scheduled a time for manicure and enamel gel 4 days in advance. I attended the nail salon at the scheduled time and there was no professional to assist me or even a receptionist to guide me. I waited for 15 minutes and left. I sent a message on Whatsapp and one of the professionals who would assist me explained that I would do the cutting with a professional, who was not present at the scheduled time, and after the nail polish with her. At no time did the receptionist, manager or owner worry about justifying what happened or trying to repair the situation. Unfortunate! I do not indicate! Lack of commitment and disrespect for the customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no shopping fazer a minha mão, estava com o esmalte em gel. A manicure que iria fazer a minha mão não tinha a acetona especificada pra tirar o gel. Então outra manicure que tinha acabado uma cliente,veio com uma "licha banana" pra ajudar a tirar o esmalte. O nome da manicure era Letícia. Lixando com força ela acabou pegando na minha cutícula causando um machucado. Na hora nem tinha reparado, porém no dia seguinte meu dedo teve um leve inchaço, com um pouco de dormência.
Não lembro o nome da manicure que fez e esmaltou a minha mão, mas não tenho reclamações a ela, super simpática e fez um trabalho ótimo. So não entendi por que a tal da Letícia foi se intrometer onde não divia.
Espero que melhore o atendimento, obrigada pela atenção.
I went to the mall to make my hand, I had the gel polish. The manicure that would make my hand did not have the acetone specified to remove the gel. Then another manicure that had just finished a client, came with a "banana licha" to help remove the nail polish. The name of the manicure was Letícia. By sanding it hard it ended up touching my cuticle causing an injury. At the time I hadn't even noticed, but the next day my finger had a slight swelling, with a little numbness.
I don't remember the name of the manicure she did and enameled my hand, but I have no complaints with her, she was super nice and did a great job. I just didn’t understand why that Leticia was intruding where she didn’t share.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pago o mesmo preço de São Paulo , com a qualidade muito pior … não sabem tirar a cutícula, machucam , não esmaltam direito … e olha que não é a primeira vez que faço lá ( só vou as vezes pela praticidade de ser no shopping e sempre ter horário) … só uma ou outra profissional trabalha bem, aconselho ir somente se tiver a indicação de uma manicure em específico … caso contrário, não arrisque! Jogar dinheiro fora .. essa foto é da minha unha que fiz ontem a noite, terei que refazer
