★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei retoque de raiz em um cabelo curto, pé e mão.me cobraram no total 528,00. Nem em SP pago isto.
Me cobraram 300,00 pelo retoque , sendo que a maior parte do serviço não foi realizado pelo cabelereiro e sim pelo auxiliar.
E ainda me cobraram 130,00 por uma escova que eu não havia solicitado.
Me senti assaltada e desrespeitada. Nunca mais utilizo estes serviços.
I scheduled root retouching on short hair, foot and hand. I was charged a total of 528.00. Not even in SP do I pay this.
They charged me 300.00 for the retouching, and most of the service was not performed by the hairdresser but by the assistant.
And they even charged me 130.00 for a toothbrush I hadn't asked for.
I felt assaulted and disrespected. I never use these services again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Fiz um alisamento e não foi feito teste de mecha resultado. Tive uma alergia no rosto todo, ficou com bolas vermelhas, quase fui pra o hospital tive que pedir um anti alérgico na farmácia. Em contato com o salão, disseram que iam ver com fabricante e nada. O problema em questão é, salão de alto padrão deve ter procedimento de segurança. Um cliente que reclama de algo grave deve ser acompanhado. Custo de 600 reais com cabelo mais remédio. Esse foi o resultado. Nem salão de esquina faz isso.
I do not recommend. I did a straightening and no mecha test result was done. I had an allergy all over my face, I got red balls, I almost went to the hospital and had to ask for an anti-allergic at the pharmacy. In contact with the salon, they said they were going to see the manufacturer and nothing. The problem at hand is, high standard salon must have security procedure. A customer who complains about something serious must be accompanied. Cost of 600 reais with hair plus medicine. That was the result. Not even a corner salon does that.

Ótimo serviço de enxágue no cabelo, cadeira confortável somente faltou um serviço melhor de atendimento ao homem principalmente na barba acredito eu que quem tem cuidados além do cabelo que homem procure não seja a melhor opção.
Great service, nice place and quality customer service.
Great hair rinse service, comfortable chair just lacked a better service for men, especially in the beard, I believe that those who have care beyond the hair that men look for is not the best option.
