★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, tive uma pessima experiencia neste restaurante. Fui avisado que o salmao estava congelado e que demoraria 30 minutos para ficar pronto. Segui com meu pedido, mesmo metade dos acompanhamentos do cardapio estarem indisponiveis ( a atendente nao explicou o motivo, simplesmente falou que nao estavam disponiveis) Tive que aguardar 1 hora e 10 minutos e quando o poke chegou, estava sem salmao. Alem de demorar o dobro do tempo previsto, o pedido veio incompleto, pois quando questionados, haviam "esquecido" de colocar o salmao.
Mas o que mais me incomodou foi a atendente do caixa, mesmo com o restaurante com varios clientes, nao saiu do celular e fez cara feia quando fui perguntar sobre o salmao do meu poke. Parece que estava fazendo um favor aos clientes ao atende-los.
Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at this restaurant. I was warned that the salmon was frozen and that it would take 30 minutes to be ready. I followed up with my order, even half of the side dishes on the menu were unavailable (the attendant didn't explain why, she simply said they weren't available) I had to wait 1 hour and 10 minutes and when the poke arrived, it was out of salmon. In addition to taking twice the expected time, the order came incomplete, because when questioned, they had "forgotten" to put the salmon.
But what bothered me the most was the cashier, even with the restaurant with several customers, she didn't leave her cell phone and scowled when I asked about the salmon in my poke. Looks like you were doing your customers a favor by serving them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, os peixes todos são congelados, a atendente fala que demora 30min para fazer pois precisa descongelar o peixe, mas demora em média 50min, meu marido pediu um poke com salmão em cubos (AINDA ESQUECERAM DE COLOCAR O SALMÃO) e eu pedi o prato quente de salmão grelhado com molho de maracujá. Reclamamos da falta de salmão no poke e deram um pote com 6 cubos de salmão, na maior má vontade! Fora que tem diversas opções no cardápio mas na verdade, não tem quase nenhuma opção! PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA, NÃO RECOMENDO, ALÉM DO MAL HUMOR DA ATENDENTE E MUITO MAL EDUCADA! Quando pedimos o salmão do poke, ainda quis discutir e falou que avisou que iria demorar por ser tudo congelado, mas avisou que seriam 30min e não 50min!!! Peixe sem gosto, aguado..
Se pedir, suco de açai, eles falam que não tem nk cardápio mas podem fazer, NÃO PEÇAM!!! É horrível, tem gosto de agua com açúcar!!!
Se desse para dar menos de 1 estrela, daria fácil.. TUDO PÉSSIMO, PRINCIPALMENTE O ATENDIMENTO.. ir para esse lugar é passar raiva pela má vontade e comida ruim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar incrível, tudo preparado com ingredientes de altíssima qualidade, você mesmo monta o seu Poke (escolhe os ingredientes) e se precisar de ajuda é só pedir auxílio de um dos funcionários. VLeu demais a visita.
Incredible place, everything prepared with high quality ingredients, you assemble your Poke yourself (choose the ingredients) and if you need help, just ask for help from one of the employees. You read the visit too much.

Provamos o big poke, tartare, creme de manga e açaí.
Destaque para o tartare, que nesse calor vai bem um sabor mais tropical. E para sobremesa recomendamos o creme de manga que é uma excelente opção.

We tried the big poke, tartare, mango cream and açaí.
Highlight for the tartare, which in this heat goes well with a more tropical flavor. And for dessert we recommend the mango cream which is an excellent option.
