★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o CURSO SAP NF-e GRC/PI75 INBOUD OUTBOUD Faltou mais envolvimento do instrutor com os alunos, tive algumas dificuldades em seguir o passo a passo conforme o material disponibilizado, pois não havia trabalhado com o GRC/PI e não conhecia nada da ferramenta e isso dificultou as tarefas na prática, talvez se o material fosse mais claro e junto com a dinâmica do instrutor poderia facilitar o meu aprendizado.
I took the SAP NF-e GRC/PI75 INBOUD OUTBOUD COURSE The instructor lacked more involvement with the students, I had some difficulties in following the step-by-step material, as I had not worked with the GRC/PI and did not know anything about the tool and this made the tasks difficult in practice, perhaps if the material was clearer and together with the instructor's dynamics, it could facilitate my learning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei do curso mas o processo de adaptar as máquinas e instalar o sistema deveria ser passado antes do inicio do curso (enviar um passo a passo antes, perdemos muito tempo com isso)
I liked the course but the process of adapting the machines and installing the system should be passed before starting the course (send a step by step before, we lost a lot of time with this)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um curso para a certificação do ITILv4 Foundations por quase três mil reais. As aulas foram realizadas como previsto, havendo apenas um imprevisto com o professor que reagendou a aula e a ministrou depois na data agendada sem problemas.
Terminado o curso (no dia 28/03/22), no dia seguinte (29/03/22) entrei em contato pelo WhatsApp da empresa para saber como deveria proceder para marcar a prova da certificação. Não recebi resposta à minha pergunta até o dia seguinte (30/03), apenas APÓS eu ligar para a empresa e falar com uma atendente e descobrir que, desde Fevereiro, a empresa não estava conseguindo fazer o agendamento das provas de certificações por motivos que não foram esclarecidos.
A atendente passou o contato do responsável pela empresa, para quem liguei hoje (31/03) DEZOITO vezes em diferentes horários, além de enviar mensagens no WhatsApp e, ainda assim, nenhuma resposta foi obtida.
Voltei a mandar mensagens para o WhatsApp da empresa apenas para ter minhas mensagens lidas e ignoradas.
Não é um curso barato, não é um curso rápido, e foi comprado simplesmente por ter incluso o agendamento da prova de certificação.
O curso foi comprado em Março e não foi me informado em momento algum sobre as dificuldades de agendamento da prova pelas quais a empresa estava passando. Ato que constitui em [Editado pelo Reclame Aqui] de vício de consentimento, dolo negativo previsto no artigo 147 do Código Civil. Além do claro descaso pelo Direito do Consumidor brasileiro.
A minha parte do contrato foi cumprida, eu apareci nas aulas, realizei o pagamento. Enquanto a empresa não dá qualquer indicação de querer resolver o problema.
I bought a course for ITILv4 Foundations certification for almost three thousand reais. Classes were held as planned, with only one unforeseen event with the teacher who rescheduled the class and taught it later on the scheduled date without any problems.
Finished the course (on 03/28/22), the next day (03/29/22) I contacted the company via WhatsApp to find out how I should proceed to schedule the certification test. I didn't receive an answer to my question until the next day (30/03), only AFTER I called the company and spoke with an attendant and discovered that, since February, the company was unable to schedule the certification exams for reasons that were not clarified.
The attendant gave the contact of the person responsible for the company, to whom I called today (31/03) EIGHTEEN times at different times, in addition to sending messages on WhatsApp and, still, no response was obtained.
I went back to messaging the company WhatsApp only to have my messages read and ignored.
It's not a cheap course, it's not a quick course, and it was purchased simply because it included the certification exam schedule.
The course was purchased in March and I was not informed at any time about the difficulties of scheduling the test that the company was going through. Act that constitutes in [Edited by Reclame Aqui] defect of consent, negative intent provided for in article 147 of the Civil Code. In addition to the clear disregard for Brazilian Consumer Law.
My part of the contract was fulfilled, I showed up to classes, made the payment. While the company does not give any indication of wanting to resolve the issue.
